Highly recommended - This was about a three hour tour, including the cathedral, the Dumo Museum, the Baptist history and climbing the tower. Our guide was an art, historian and art restoration professional, absolutely excellent. Yes, this tour shortens the line, but for us was also an exceptional learning experience. We enjoyed it greatly.

Must See Works of Art! - Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The artwork, stories and bits of history brought the time period to life. One issue was that I scheduled the tour during the hottest part of the day thinking we would be inside and out of the sun, but many parts of the tour are outside. I would recommend booking early morning tours to avoid this issue.

Great Tour! - Excellent tour of Baptistry, Duomo & Duomo Museum. Our guide was a font of interesting information. Best part, we were able to cut the insanely long lines! The ticket also included admission to climb to the top of the Baptistry Tower. Highly recommend this tour!

Duomo complex a real treat! - Despite a bit of a cock-up with timings (communication breakdown via Headout), the tour was excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable with superb English. We were able to climb bell tower and visit Baptistery and Musuem at our leisure and own pace. Visit to Duomo exterior and interior was fascinating and scheduled after public access finished, which was actually much better.

Nice guided tour - The tour was worth it! It was nice to have someone explain all the history of the Duomo, cathedral & baptistery. It was also nice to have the ticket include the climb to the top & entrance to the museum. Well worth the steps to the top & the museum was great.
