David the Magnificent - My friends and I have booked a guided tour to the Accademia Gallery and it has been a really great experience. We had Alex as our guide and she was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She brought the history to life and told us a lot of stories about David and other masterpieces. The museum itself is not so big and likely it was not so crowded. After the tour you have an opportunity to stay inside and wondered around a bit more.

We were pleased to be... - We were pleased to be given the tour by our guide Martina, who was knowledgeable and showed a keen interest in her subject; in addition we were fortunate that the Museum of Musical Instruments within the Accademia was open when we visited, without additional charge, and Martina was also able to speak to us about the artefacts we saw there. Thoroughly recommend.

My family and I had a... - My family and I had a great tour. It was easy to find our tour guide and we barely waited in line. Our group was about 15-20 people that included kids but we all felt included. There was plenty of time to take pictures in front of the statue of David.

Well worth it! - Olga was a wonderful guide, gave us clear instructions and information around the tour. The pace was perfect and our questions were answered. We only had to wait about 5 minutes to get in. The regular queue was huge! My only beef with these kind of tours is the use of disposable headsets. Haven't been on a tour since before the Covid pandemic and I was surprised to see that sustainable audio solutions haven't yet caught on. It's a wasteful use of electronics I wouldn't give Italy Pass less than 5 stars though as that would be unfair as all the tours seem to operate in this way. Could the rubber ear cup be changed for each tour instead of the whole ear piece? Also many tourists just discard the empty packets on the street.

A very good tour! - Very good tour with great explanation from the guide. Was very glad we’d booked and didn’t have to wait in the sun for hours, only a 10 minute wait. Well worth the money, loved it!

Fantastic Tour - Fantastic tour. Our tour guide was just fantastic. She taught us about art and art history in a relatable way. Of course Michelangelo’s David was the highlight but she had fantastic insight to share. Perfect length of time too!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AGENCY. - Horrible experience. When I got to the meeting point, I was told that the Spanish-guided tour had been canceled without any explanation or prior information. I was told by the person in charge at the place that I was going to get refunded for the guided you. Still, almost a week afterward, I have not received any email or communication from the agency regarding the refund. They gave me the tickets and told me to go into the museum or I could wait for the English tour guide, but the other group members did not speak English. I took the tickets, walked in and took pictures, and left. Poor experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY FROM THIS AGENCY.

Let me convince you if the tour value and read from the signs - While we appreciated skipping the line, ultimately we were very disappointed in the tour. The guide spent the first 20 minutes explaining/trying to convince us of the value of the tour in a plain room inside the galleria (this could been done outside while we were waiting) and then read from the signs, which we could have done ourselves. Ultimately we left and explored on our own spending time where we wanted instead of listening to someone convince us of the value of the tour without any art knowledge.
