Indulge in our selection of CHIANTI, SUPER TUSCANS, VIN SANTO wines, and an EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL paired with authentic Florentine cuisine. Options for a vegetarian or vegan diet are provided.

The initial dish will be our signature Chianti Lasagna (or Pappa al Pomodoro for those preferring the vegetarian option) served with the first two wines, both young and bursting with flavor.

Following that, a Charcuterie Board featuring bruschetta, assorted cheeses and honey, prosciutto, and salami (or Melanzane alla Parmigiana for the vegetarian option) will be served alongside a Riserva wine and a White wine, allowing guests to explore a variety of tastes and discover the different shades of the Chianti region’s wines.

Our tasting concludes with a selection of Cantucci di Prato biscuits, perfectly paired with our specially aged Vin Santo wine.

Throughout the meal, water is provided, and to cap off the experience, a classic Italian Espresso Coffee is offered to those who desire it.
