A true taste of Italy - Katarina was wonderful! She was so kind and patient. We had such a great time and the food was delicious! We have eaten Tiramisu at every meal while in Italy and this was the best we have had! We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Cucinare in Italia! - What an experience! Our chef, Adam, was so knowledgeable, patient, and fun. We made tiramisu, ravioli, and tagliatelle. Adam modeled each step, got us involved, and provided 1-on-1 guidance. There were 11 people in the class total. After you make the pasta and tiramisu, you all sit down together and eat your creations. Everything was delicious! We had dinner with people from around the world. Book this experience!

Incredible Culinary Journey - Clyve and his assistant Peter made this experience incredible from start to finish. From the ambience of the historic cellar where the class took place, to the friendly banter and insightful explanations, Clyve made this a next level experience. We got to know the other participants and worked together to create an amazing pasta meal from scratch. At the end, we all dined and drank wine together receiving additional commentary into the complex art of the culinary world.

Fun and delicious - Our family did the cooking class with Chef Clive and Chef Peter and it was a fantastic experience. We made two kinds of pasta as well as tiramisu and learned a lot in the process. Chef Clive was a lot of fun to work with and he explained the entire process as we went along so that if we try it at home, we know what we’re doing.
