- Via Camillo Cavour, 180/R - Upon arrival at the academy, guests will be warmly welcomed by the chefs, who will check them in by 4:45 pm. They will be invited to relax in a charming 18th-century room, creating a homely atmosphere.
The chefs will thoroughly explain the menu, which includes: fresh egg pasta, ravioli, potato gnocchi, fresh water pasta, tagliatelle, and three sauces that change with the seasons, as well as a dessert.
Participants will then dive into the hands-on experience of kneading, cutting, baking, stuffing, and serving, just like a true Italian Chef, crafting a detailed and rich meal from scratch.
This is not a demonstration class.
Guests will enjoy tasting the dishes accompanied by fine young Tuscan wine, infused with love for the culinary creations.
After dessert, participants will receive booklets as a memento of the experience, containing all the recipes made during the class, allowing them to recreate the dishes at home.
The class is all-inclusive with no additional costs.
Instruction is available in English and Italian, with the option to book in German and Spanish if the chefs are available for that specific session.
