A fun food experience in Florence! - Absolutely fantastic! We sat with a family of four so there were only 6 in our group. We made ravioli, gnocchi and fettuccine along with several sauces and then were served our pasta. We also made panne cotta which was delicious. Our favorite tour. I would highly recommend!

Great class - Chef went step by step showing us how to make dough for ravioli, fettuccine n gnocchi n the sauces to go with them. You get to make the pasta yourself n help prepare the sauces. Lots of fun. Then you sit down to eat with a bottle of wine.

Authentic pasta, yes please! - This is a must do experience if you have the time! So much fun, chef was so informative and helpful. We made so much food! I think we all surprised ourselves how well it all turned out, and learned some simple techniques that are easy to replicate. Chef even supplied us with all the recipes to take home with us. Truly worth it!

Have fun learning how to make pasta dishes from scratch that will leave your dinner guests speechless! - My wife and I attended and add a great evening. There were 12 people in total and we learned how to make fettuccine, ravioli and gnocchi pasta as well as a bolognese meat sauce, the ravioli filling and a creamy dessert. After that, we all ate what we had created together and couldn't believe that we had just made this delicious food ourselves! It was a fun away of meeting other visitors and pasta lovers from all over the world.

Not again - After being at other cooking classes in Italy this one was not that good. It appeared to be understaffed for the amount of food that they were trying to teach to the group how to make. The girl who was teaching was rushed and seemed a bit confused at times. But I believe she did a good job for being, to me, understaffed.
