Continuing our walk, we will reach the ancient, famous, and picturesque Ponte Vecchio, lined with historic local goldsmiths. As for gastronomy, there is a variety of typical and delicious dishes, characterized by key elements that define excellent Florentine cuisine: extra virgin olive oil, Tuscan bread (flat, unsalted, well-baked) with a crispy crust, meat (grilled, Florentine beef steaks, roasted or braised with wine such as wild boar, rabbit, and deer); and finally, the excellent Chianti red wine. To visit at least one of Florence’s museums, it is necessary to book online in advance (otherwise, you may encounter long lines at the ticket offices) for times between 11:30 AM and before 2:00 PM.

• Pisa - Pisa is a city of art, an open-air museum, and also a vibrant and modern city where the rhythms and daily life are marked by an intense youthful and student life.
