Highlight of our Florence Trip! - First time in Italy on a girls trip! We took a day trip to Florence and this was the highlight of our trip! Roberto, the instructor was very entertaining, his confidence and knowledge was magnetic. This class was not a crazy party vibe or anything, it was chill. The class made you feel like you were cooking dinner at a friend’s place. It felt intimate and comfortable. We had 5 people total in our class so it wasn’t overwhelming. Roberto was able to assist everyone making their own pasta. The pasta we made tasted better than a lot of the restaurants we tried in Italy. We took the gluten free version and none of us are gluten free. You couldn’t tell a difference! It was amazing! 10/10 experience, definitely recommend.

Must try if in Florence! - Roberto was a great instructor and a lot of fun to spend 3+ hours with. We learned how to make 3 types of pasta with the skills and knowledge to take home. Roberto is also a Florence tour guide and shared a lot of valuable information. Excellent option for gluten free but either way the food is as out of this world, thank you! Amazing wine as well and atmosphere to learn a lot!

Highly Recommend! - There were several activities cancelled due to strikes so this was a last minute find. Probably the most fun experience we did in Florence. Roberto was a great teacher and the food was delicious!

Fun way to spend a few... - Fun way to spend a few hours away from sightseeing. Communication was good when restaurant location changed, We enjoyed the hands-on techniques for two pastas (pappardelle and ravioli). Sauce was made by the chefs in the kitchen. Tirimisu was demonstrated by instructor but each student had a chance to stir. Nice time!
