The museum was beautiful.... - The museum was beautiful. I was able to enter at the slotted time and did not wait long. Unfortunately I forgot headphones for the app but I still enjoyed the museum

Nice Galery but wrong tickets were sent - We visited the Galleria dell’Accademia with a 4:30pm booking, which was moved to 5:30pm due to the gallery being too busy. Unfortunately, the experience started poorly when we arrived and were not allowed in because the tickets we had been sent were incorrect. We were told only one was valid and that we would need to purchase the other two again.
After several phone calls and WhatsApp messages, we were eventually sent the correct tickets. However, by the time we finally entered, we only had around 50 minutes left to visit.
To make matters worse, when we asked for the audio guide, we were told we had to pay an additional €7, even though we believed this had already been included in what we paid. The staff at the gallery were not particularly helpful, and rather than lose more time, we decided to continue without further discussion.
We did manage to see all of the ground floor, and the artwork—especially the iconic pieces—was truly impressive. However, we were not allowed to access the first floor as the gallery was already closing.
Overall, we did enjoy the visit, but the experience could have been significantly better without the ticketing issues, time lost, and lack of support from staff.

Unfortunately the time... - Unfortunately the time scheduled from 10 AM was changed to 1:15 PM but we had another tour purchased for the Uffizi museum at 2:30. By the time we entered the tour at 1:45 we only had 15 to 20 minutes in order to get to our next tour. Also we tried downloading the audio for about three hours and it never did download therefore we had no audio either. The tour operator was very kind but apparently the ticket situation was out of his control

Meeting point is fake. - Went to meeting point and there was no one at meeting point. So we couldn’t go in. Talked to every other tour company and they didn’t recognize the tour company “Blue Routes” so no one could help us.

Dreadful as we bought tickets on line for Today Monday but it is NOT open on mwe only found out when we arrived outs - BEWARE of misrepresentation ie That tickets were sold for a day when it is closed . Very disappointing !

Disappointing Experience - Viator allowed me to make a reservation for the statue of David exhibit for a day when the exhibit was closed A few days before my reservation I received an email letting me know my reservation was canceled. I requested a date change but never heard back

Scam - Would rate 0 if possible. This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. The museum staff stated this is a very problematic agency and they do not show up to provide the "tickets" purchased.
