- Please note that the Cathedral of Pisa is now free and in most crowded days it can become impossible to visit its interior due to long queues. In such cases, we will offer a tour of Piazza Cavalieri instead
- A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

- Kids under 8 years old are not allowed to climb the Leaning Tower and must be accompanied by an adult

Good choice to visit Pisa - We chose for a semi-independent tour, using only the tour's transportation, which was very convenient. Our Florence guide, Sara, was very humorous and provided clear explanations. We had almost three hours to explore Piazza delle Chigni and the Leaning Tower, plenty of time for coffee, photos, and souvenir shopping. The guided tour is equally enriching. Highly recommended!

Great experience - Very good experience. The guides, Lorenza and Sara are 10. The climb to the tower, not suitable for claustrophobics. Highly recommended the interior of the cathedral.

Amazing experience in Pisa - A good experience. GianMarco the interpreter and Marco the bus driver did a good job. If you would like to eat something around the leaning tower, just walk to the restaurant Santa Maria and talk to Teresa. The food is great

Great trip. - This was agreat trip. The half day was perfect to see everything. The trip from Florence was not long. The only thing I would say is the guide needs to be louder. We could hardly here him. Other wise a trip worth taking.

More time spent traveling and doing nothing than touring - It was booked as a half day tour. We were asked to arrive at 7:45am and got back around 2:45pm. The bus to Pisa and aging back from Pisa was 90 minutes each way. The 1 hour tour dealing with the tower was fine.
The guide on the bus seemed genuinely surprised that the portion of OUR tour inside the Basilica was canceled. It was Sunday. There were morning services! No surprise. But, the tour company was not prepared with an alternative for us.
Others in our group had purchased additional tickets to climb to the top of the tower. We had to wait for them. And so, our "free time" was 2 hours! We were pointed in the direction of the town of Pisa and told we could walk there in 10 to 20 minutes. In a foreign country and on our own, that was highly unlikely.
The 1 hour hour did not justify the rest of the time spent. The tour company seemed to have little regard for trying to provide value to us.
