Very convenient way how... - Very convenient way how to get your museum tickets without standing in line for 2-3 hours. Everything was very understandable, we found Italy Pass meeting point easy and got our tickets fast. Thank you!

Very nice day at the museum - We bought the skip the line timed entry with digital Guide. It was a little confusing on where to start with all of tour groups buzzing around us but we figured it out. It was crowded and some areas are more congested than others but we made it through. Observed staff correcting visitors who were leaning on walls etc and reminding people not to crowd areas. The museum was clean and the gift shop staff were very helpful.

Absolutely amazing! Tour... - Absolutely amazing! Tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. She took the time to answer all questions, and we did not feel rushed along at all.

Very nice - Very nice but very busy. Despite the time-limited ticket, there were hordes of people walking. Way too busy. Museum is beautiful with beautiful paintings and artwork.

Amazing art - Amazing art, VERY busy but managed to get a table for refreshments without a problem. Be aware that the joining instructions, whilst appearing to be very clear, are incorrect! It is not the 3rd statue in the square - not Giotto, but the 3rd statue in front of the Uffizi itself.

Very good experience. Guide did great! - Excellent museum tour Skip the line with a guide. Radios did not function well so that was disappointing Many of us had to stay close to the guide. But overall very enjoyable.

Bad organisation - It was a disaster to get the tickets. With a small sign, the employee stood 100 meters away from the entrance. Finding a huge challenge in all the hustle and bustle.

- We bought two tickets for a skip-the-line tour with a guide for $139. The instructions were lousy and we couldn't find the guide. We were given two regular tickets worth less than $20 each (I couldn't find actual price on web without rebooking. "From 8 euros.") We stood in lines. We had no guide. We had no audioguide. Please refund at least $99
