High-quality, local, and largely organic ingredients will be used.
During our joyful time together, guests can enjoy excellent Tuscan wines.
In spring and summer, meals will be served on the villa’s terrace, surrounded by the countryside, offering a stunning view of Florence and the Tuscan landscape. Sharing a bit of family history will be a pleasure. Small groups are welcomed to ensure a curated, special, and intimate experience.
Round-trip transportation from the meeting point in Florence to our Villa in the hills is included (a short drive of about 10 minutes).

Experience a truly unique and genuine stay at our Villa nestled in the Florentine hills, offering stunning views of Florence and surrounded by the serene countryside. The Operator is eager to share the cherished recipes passed down from their grandparents. Together, participants will prepare two types of HOMEMADE PASTA: Tagliatelle and Ravioli. Following this, they will cook meatballs in tomato sauce, and finally, learn to make delicious homemade ICE CREAM, either “smoked with coffee” mocha or with fresh fruit.
Enjoy the freshly prepared dishes on the villa’s terrace, enveloped by nature, while savoring excellent Tuscan WINES, including bubbly, white, and organic red varieties. The breathtaking VIEW of Florence will make this experience truly unforgettable. The Operator will also share stories about their family and grandparents, accompanied by a memory book. High-quality local products, many of which are organic, are used. Small groups are welcomed to ensure a more intimate and familiar experience.

Unique experience in a beautiful place. - A unique experience in a beautiful place; Guya and Valentina are very kind and pleasant, making us feel comfortable and making the activity seem easy: I loved the process of making the dough for the tagliatelle and ravioli, the meatball recipe, the gelato, and the beautiful views. We shared with other participants who were also friendly. Thank you both very much for everything. Highly recommended experience.

Wonderful evening at a... - Wonderful evening at a hillside Villa overlooking Florence & a welcome quiet evening sharing stories, laughs & wine while making pasta with scenic views along with a sunset that can’t be beat. Would recommend this experience to anyone to enrich a trip to Florence 🇮🇹❤️🇮🇹.

Best experience in Florence!! - This experience with Guya and Valentina in the gorgeous Italian home overlooking Florence was the best experience we had in Florence. The warmth, relaxed instruction along with excellent food and wine combined with storytelling and laughter made us feel like we were with our own family in Italy. The thoughtful departing gifts made this even more special. Choose this class over the many other options for cooking classes in Florence, and you will be pleased.

Do NOT miss this experience - ABSOLUTELY MUST DO when visiting Florence! Guya, Matteo, and Julia were the perfect hosts. We cannot thank you enough for welcoming us into your home. It truly is difficult to put into words how incredible this experience was. From the welcomed pickup to the family stories and helping all of us create a delicious meal - we will talk about this for a long time. Our family was a large party and there were two additional young ladies in the group. We made new friends (new family) and want to come back and do it again!

Dream. Come. True. - My wife and I have always dreamed of coming to the hills of Tuscany, so to be welcomed with such love was truly a dream come true. Guya and Matteo made us feel like family. We shared laughs, hugs, and cheers, or "salute" as they say here, which were all very meaningful moments to us. We look forward to not only sharing our experience, but our lessons learned, from today with our loved ones at home back. Thank you for your hospitality. A Truly Authentic Tuscan Experience - Fantastic and truly authentic experience, one of the highlights of my trip! Guya welcomed us warmly into her real family home, a beautiful villa set in the hills, surrounded by countryside and olive trees, with an amazing view over the city of Florence.
We prepared ravioli, tagliatelle, and meatballs together, and everything was absolutely delicious. I felt completely at ease in such a cozy and genuine atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic experience!

One of a kind experience with amazing hosts - Guya and Matteo welcomed us to a wonderful and unforgettable experience. We came to a nice country house just outside Florence. The view of the city and surrounding mountains is amazing. After enjoying tea, you get to learn pasta making and a meatball recipe as it is passed through generations in the family. As we enjoy the food, wine, music and great conversations, it truly feels you have been invited to a friend’s house to enjoy the evening. A one-of-a-kind experience—we will remember Guya and Matteo’s warm hospitality for many years to come.

Il momento migliore di siempre. - This was an excellent experience—we’re still talking about it! Guya and Matteo were wonderful hosts—teaching us how to make pasta, meatballs and gelato in Guya’s family home, overlooking Florence—it was a magical setting watching the sunset over the city. We got to meet fellow travelers, making it an enjoyable, fun evening. We would definitely recommend doing this—it was the highlight of our trip! Thank you Guya and Matteo!!
