AJ was knowledgeable... - AJ was knowledgeable about the early Cuban and Bahaman cultures that contributed to the historic neighborhoods. He provided historic photos on a laptop computer as we walked. His knowledge of architecture helped understand the community growth. We do recommend this as a cultural experience.

thanks AJ! - great experience. We learned a lot from this tour, especially since it put a lot of things in context when exploring key west. We took a walk through bahama village before the tour and didn't even know about all the history it was hiding. There's a lot of reasons why Key west is the way it is (housing, street names, restaurants) and you learn all about it in the tour.

An entertaining historic tour through Key West Bahama Village - We have been coming to Key West for years but still learned new aspects about the island on this tour The guide, AJ, was very informative and entertaining. The tour was a blend of history, culture and architecture. And AJ kept us entertained with a mix of stories and historic pictures as we walked through this beautiful neighborhood. Would recommend this tour ( and guide) for both first time visitors as well as those who have experienced Key West numerous times.
