Informative and Enjoyable - AJ was super knowledgeable and shared plenty of interesting local history, beyond some of the popular tourist stuff. Made us want to read more about Key West in the 1800s and early 1900s. Thank you AJ!

Great history tour - Alejandro was an engaging guide with great stories to illustrate the intertwining history of Key West. Using photos and old maps as aids, he helped us understand the influences of early inhabitants to Spanish arrival, to Ponce de Leon, as well as the role of Key West in International shipping, Cuban cigars, and Spanish galleon rescues (legal piracy?). We gained a different understanding of the importance of Key West in the civil war and what an economic powerhouse it was in the American Economy prior to 1930. We enjoyed learning and seeing the history with Alejandro.

Awesome walking tour. - A great introduction to Key West. Our guide AJ was excellent. His knowledge along with showing pictures on his IPAD of what areas and buildings looked like in the past gave you a real feel for the places we visited. He made the tour fun as well as informative. AJ made the tour interactive providing time for questions as well as suggestions of must see places and restaurants. So glad we picked this tour! Very satisfying and enjoyable!
