Subsequently I will propose a presentation of the company starting from its first years up to the present. At the same time I will offer the opportunity to taste our oil, even in its flavored variants, along with other specialties from the Gargano and a choice of local wines. After the tastings I will introduce the guests to some hints on the culinary combinations of oil.

We provide guests the chance to gain insight into the realm of olive oil, encompassing everything from the growth of the plant to the milling process, all through the perspective of our enterprise that was established in 1949. In addition to this, visitors get to sample culinary delights of Gargano, which is not confined to just oil, but extends to a selection of wines, cheeses, and other produce. If desired, visitors can also take a tour of our olive grove and take a moment to unwind under the cool canopy of our vintage trees!

Great visit to the olive groves - Fascinating tour of olive trees and about the pruning and care of the trees. Interesting to learn how he has used a drone to inspect the trees for potential insect or other concerns.
The lunch was delicious! 👌

Nice and informative experience - We had a lovely tour of the olive grove, with information about the olive trees and the harvesting process. Afterwards, we were able to enjoy a delicious tasting, with local food and ofcourse the olive oil. Highly recommended.

One of the best tours ever! - Pierre and I took a wonderful tour of his olive groves, which I can strongly recommend to everyone. You could always feel how much experience he had as an olive oil farmer and how passionate he was about growing organic olives. It would seem that a simple product with a lot of work, experience, gratitude and love is extremely interesting. Finally, he indulged us in his tasting room with local and delicious aperitifs, of course, along with his olive oil. Pierce is also an incredibly interesting man, and we talked to him for hours. This tour was one of the highlights of our vacation. Thank you very much Pierre!

Pierre is a very knowledgeable, versatile educated guide and olive farm owner - Olive plantation tour and olive oil tasting , and also tasting small snacks prepared in the traditional style of the southern Italian region of Puglia

Olive grove tour, tasting and so much more - Visited with Pier at Olio Biscotti in early July with my family. We first took a drive to the grove where Pier described all the steps and challenges involved in producing olives, their approach to maintaining the trees using organic farming approaches, and his exploratory studies to integrate technology (drones, AI etc.) into making organic farming techniques scalable and economically feasible. So much food for thought. And great entrepreneurial thinking. I surely never looked the same way at the olive trees we saw on the rest of the trip.
We then were treated to delicious food and good wine at the tasting room, and continued the stimulating discussions. Also met his mother who was so kind.
Amazing experience all around. Thank you!

Top tour through the olive trees and super delicious tasting! - Thank you for the informative and nice tour through the olive trees with pier.
We learned a lot about working behind a healthy tree population and yet it wasn't too much:)
The tasting was well organized and super delicious 😋

Good food and fun and a lot of knowledgeable travel items! - It was a really good experience. Pierluigi passionately leads us through the life of an olive tree, with knowledge and enthusiasm at every step, from pruning and conserving ancient olive trees to traditional harvesting. At the end of the tour, we went to his farm near Vieste and tasted the excellent virgin olive oil he had made at home, with authentic local specialities. The hospitality, original traditions and stunning natural scenery are unforgettable. It is highly recommended.

True tradition, sincere hospitality - Pierluigi welcomed us with great availability and accompanied us on a fascinating journey through the centuries-old olive trees of the Gargano. We discovered traditional pruning techniques, plant care and harvesting phases, living closely the deep bond between man and the earth.
The visit ended in his farm, where we tasted an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil, accompanied by exquisite local products. An authentic experience, full of flavors, stories and landscapes to remember. Absolutely not to be missed!

Spectacular! - Great experience!
Pier a very prepared guy, even the themes that could be more elaborate, explains them in a simple, nice and engaging way.
In the area, it is the only one that organizes a similar tour, culminating in a plate full of local delicacies, good wine and excellent homemade limoncello.
Should we happen again in these parts, we will definitely come back to visit you!
And I stress again how important it is to find, in addition to a good product, a real and genuine person who makes your experience unparalleled.
