Disappointed - So we didn't have an experience. My husband and I were very disappointed. We were booked at 3:00, and asked to show up at 2:45. Well they sent a message close to take off time that the boat ride was cancelled due to lack of people. I asked a worker and she said the minimum is 20. I just don't understand why we weren't notified sooner. It would seem that if they don't have the number they need an hour or 2 before then cacel. Very disappointed!

Canceled Twice in Four Days - Me and my wife got canceled twice last Monday and was rescheduled for today Thursday and was canceled again due to lack of staffing. We decided to get a full refund which will take two to three business days to process.

Beware of Scam Refund Needed - I booked for 2 people for today October 6, 2025 and no one was there at the pick up spot and I didn't receive any email of company that boat ride was canceled. I want a full refund. I called customer service today and the representative said she would process my refund and email me the confirmation. That didn't happen. I was scammed out of $69.98 plus $45 for my Lyft ride going and coming from my resort we were staying at, Margaritaville in Hollywood Florida. We were going to take boat ride to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We traveled from Seattle, Washington. Very disappointed
