Greatest Boat Ride Ever! - My guest and I enjoyed ourselves so much we will be returning again next year. Our tour guide, Josh was very informative and entertaining. It was my birthday and we had a blast. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Don’t forget you Dramamine - The water was pretty and around waist deep usually as you walk around. There are vendors selling food & water. The Tiki tour had plently of floats and water toys and the boat wasn’t too crowded. The captains were great too. They helped us load our mother in laws heavy scooter on the boat. They spotted dolphins and stopped the boat to let us get a look. 10/10 would recommend

What we needed. - Last minute trip… no complaints! Captain was very helpful assisting with my mother in laws wheelchair… it was a relaxing day trip.

Floridas best Captain Johns sunset cruise was the best!!! - My husband and I went on the 3 hour crab island sunset cruise with the best cruiser Captain John. He was phenomenal. He was safety conscious, a great karaoke singer, and catered to our needs. We were allowed to bring food and drinks onboard. He was very entertaining. I didn’t get his cashapp# so please Captain John send me your info through email to the Godwins. Remember everyone tip your captain and dock crew. We will definitely be back to cruise with captain John again.

Crab Island Destin, Florida - If you've never stood in the middle of a bay or ocean in waist to chest deep and chilled with a floating table/bar, this is for you. We elected to take a tour instead of getting in the water because we didn't go prepared. Let's talk about Captain John. The guy was great! He's a military veteran with a sense of humor who takes his job seriously. The customer service was great!

Would 100 percent recommend - Trip was absolutely awesome. Crab Island is such a cool little spot to just hang and relax in the middle of the water. The dolphins we saw after were more than I ever imagined . They surrounded our boat multiple times. The sunset views topped everything off. The music was fun and captains were nice and very helpful!

Highly recommended - Best experience. So worth the money and far exceeded expectations. Our captain, Claudia, ensured our dolphin sightseeing experience was a success!! 10/10 would recommend!

Amazing experience!! Our... - Amazing experience!! Our hosts were great and the playlist was great also! The scenery was absolutely beautiful and we saw a school of dolphins frolicking in the water. Highly recommended!

Not great, not bad. - No where close to 3 hrs. Cruise was a 3hr tour and the start time was at 4:45pm and the boat left the dock at around 5:15, lost 30 minutes waiting for other passengers. Returned to dock at 6:45. Instructions said arrive at 4:15 and other ppl arrived at 5pm and still had to sign waivers. The crew was great, but other than that, total loss of time and didnt get to see the sunset as part of the title of the cruise mentioned.

STAY AWAY! - Our group of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) were looking forward to the Destin Tiki Crab Island, Dolphin, Destin Harbor, and Sunset Cruise. Based on the reviews, it sounded like the perfect way to enjoy the sunset, see dolphins, and spend some time at Crab Island. Unfortunately,despite the friendliness of the two men operating the cruise, the actual experience left us feeling uncomfortable, disappointed, and honestly,concerned for our safety. We arrived 30 minutes early as instructed, but no one from the crew acknowledged us or offered any direction until just two minutes before the scheduled departure. Once onboard, there was no introduction, no safety briefing, and no explanation of where life jackets (other than those for the babies) were located. The crew was polite but didn’t offer much information, and it felt very unorganized from the start. A crew member was vaping during the ride, and the advertised cooler with water was nowhere to be seen or offered to guests. The captain spent a lot of time looking for dolphins, which we understand is part of the tour, but the crew wasn’t even sure how long to do that, asking each other about timing mid-cruise. We did eventually spot a few dolphins and made it to Crab Island about an hour into the ride, but we only had about 30 minutes there, even though 1.5 hours was advertised. While we realize the timing of sunset impacts the schedule, but this was not communicated or provided in the online description. Upon leaving Destin Harbor, things took a turn for the worse. It got dark quickly, and it became clear that the boat did not have proper navigation lighting. Our entire trip back, a crew member was standing at the front of the boat with a handheld flashlight, running back and forth to tell the captain where to steer. When I asked how he was navigating, he actually said, “With a hope and a prayer. That buoy wasn’t even on my map.” That was incredibly alarming. It appeared as if the driver was still in training or new. This experience did not reflect what was advertised or what we expected based on the online reviews. Due to the serious safety concerns and the lack of professionalism we experienced, I requested that the company contact me, which unfortunately, they did not.
