All lies about a refund. - My granddaughter and I rode the flexbus from Victorville California to Las Vegas.Nevada on this pass Monday July 15th 2024. The bus was supposed to bend a two hour ride, but it ended up being a 8 hour ride. . The bus was supposed to had been picking us up at 11:30 a, ml, and dropping us off at 2:30pm but that did not happen. First of all the bus was late. There was an accident on the 15 freeway, so they did not reach us until after 2:30 PM. So we got on the bus and rode about 20 miles. The the bus driver stopped. We didn't know what was going on, because it was supposed to had been a non-stop ride. The driver got out of the bus and started hauling bottles of water to the back of the bus to where the engine was. I guess that was where the engine was. At this time we had no idea what was happening. After that the bus driver kept stopping. The problem was that the bus broke down several times and we did not reach our destination until 7:30 p m that night. That was 8 hours later. The Bus driver told us to contact the company to get a refund, because after 2 hours you are supposed to get a refund. That was a lie. All the company was going to offer a $15 food refund only if you bought your food and if you can showa proof of a receipt. We'll we did not have a $15 receipt to show proof that we eat something. This was the worst ordeal. It was extremely hot outside over 110 ° outside. We waited and waited to get to our destination. I have to caught the bus back home, but I really don't want to. I have to think very hard if i ride the bus again. All lies.
