must do. breathtaking scenes. - January 1st 2026. A new year's day treat for us.
First trip of the morning (7.30am safety briefing) at the office in the centre of Fox Glacier township.
Fortunate in that we got to experience the bright morning before any risk of a change in the weather. I left my jacket in the office - didn't need it. Sunny, clear and very little wind on the glacier!
The flight and scenery were breathtaking. The glacier and snow were unmarked when we landed.
Our pilot generous with his commentary on key landmarks and glacier geography and helped us take great phots from the air and on the glacier.
Highly recommend.

Fabulous - Fabulous!! Totally worth the money spent. We would do it again if we ever come back to NZ South Island. Richard the pilot gave great comp entry and took photos with our camera for us.

Perfect trip of a lifetime - It was absolutely wonderful. The tour is a on d in a lifetime thing and I can only recommend doing so. Our pilot was super friendly and loved giving us as much detail about our surroundings as possible. We also got lucky with the weather so it was an even better experience.

The most wonderful day ever, such a great company and fantastic experiences - This trip was actually so wonderful, we did the 20 min flight first and then we paid to do the 40min flight an hour later as well. Absolutely amazing and beautiful. The reception staff were so polite and friendly and our pilot for ours flights (Paul) is so professional, so good with local knowledge. He also made the trip by being so much fun to be around and we had so many laughs. He even participated in a snowball fight. Thankyou for such great memories, we will be back again.

A short trip with a big wow factor - The really wonderful trip , our pilot was fantastic and the weather fine so the flight and landing was a brilliant, it’s not cheap but the only way to get up to the glacier. A must do if you are travelling on the west coast

Amazing experience - The organisation of the tour itself was a bit of a mess - the instruction says to go to the office but when we arrived that was locked. We only found where to go by walking around to ask different people who were on the other side of the road.
The flight itself was incredible and our pilot was extremely nice. The views were incredible and the landing was so smooth.
