Escape Game Outside Original - An original activity to perform on a well-made and fluid app. We've done almost everything except the bonuses of this city breakout game. We contacted the Live chat support team which proved very effective because we had more battery and we were able to change phones during the game without losing our progress. We are happy with the experience that pleased everyone. We preferred the puzzles of the Castelaine family (blue). We live in Tours and enjoyed walking the streets in a new way. We'll play a game with this company again. Small downside: remember to turn on the sound on your phone for audio puzzles because on a Saturday in the middle of the street, we could not hear enough and we understand why the game is sometimes held in less crowded alleys.

Disappointment - We were very disappointed by this escape game in the city of Tours. The activity was intended to be accessible "from 0 to 120 years old", but in reality the puzzles were far too complex for the children to participate, which quickly broke the family atmosphere. Moreover, we hoped to discover the city, but we were guided through small streets without charm, sometimes dirty and smelly, without any tourist interest. No emblematic place in Tours was part of the route, which is a shame for an activity that is supposed to introduce the city. We paid 69 euros for this experience, and we find the value for money very bad, especially in comparison with free alternatives like Tèrra Aventura in the Southwest: much better designed, more fun, really child-friendly, and allowing to visit must-see places while having fun. In short, a big disappointment that we do not recommend, especially with family
