  This is an experience for the entire family!
  Following a presentation of the work and explanations on the function of the alembic, participants will head to the fields, sickle in hand, for the first step: harvesting the lavender flowers. Once bundled, return to the distillery where the preheated still is ready to produce its precious essential oil. Explore the premises among ancient stills restored by André, followed by an olfactory session to distinguish lavender from lavandin. Finally, take a short detour to the beautifully flowered fountain to taste artisanal lavender syrup with spring water from the Vercors mountains… and everyone leaves with their own little bottle of essential oil!
