Fun family experience in a beautifull nature environment - A great experience. Jumps from up to 5m, river flows. Brought by a great guide. The starting site also nice: Shower, toilets and all material needed. A really fun family experience.

Very nice experience in a beautiful environment - Very beautiful, experience in a beautiful environment. There were enough instructors to guide us and help us if we had difficulties but the group was really too big 22 participants, so it took a long time to get through the gorges and we didn’t do enough .jumps to our liking.

Unprofessional and unkind - We had a thoroughly awful experience with Sicily Active. Took my money, refused to refund, accused us of not turning up, resorted to personal insults. Basically then threatened that if I leave a bad review they will expose me as an odd person - please see screen shots and my past review history. My reviews are balanced. I reserved places for my husband and son via the number on their website back in March for a treat during our July holiday. Day before I hadn’t heard from them so chased via WhatsApp to their number, where we had communicated to book. They sent a payment link for the 90 euros and a video of the road turning to go down. Apparently they also sent gps location which we didn’t receive. The website had an address so we thought it was all good. My husband/son arrived at the location at 10am for 11am session, drove around and couldn’t find it. Asked around, no one at the gorge had heard of them. Rang the two website numbers repeatedly. No answer and not until almost 11am did anyone get back to them. They then found it quickly but the group had just left and there was nothing on the system for our booking. Finally the girl did tie us to a booking using the invoice details but it was too late. We were offered a time late afternoon but we had to check out and move on. We politely explained we’d done everything in our power to be there and felt we should have a refund. The girl said she’d see what she could do, so they left. Given we weren’t given the location up front, despite booking three months in advance, and our phone calls were ignored with no support, I think it is unkind and unfair of this company to keep my money. I object even more to the personal insults and threats. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this company.
