Great experience - I joined a group tour this summer to see the lavender fields and go on a lake cruise, and it was absolutely amazing! The moment we arrived at the lavender fields, I was blown away by the endless sea of purple—it looked like something straight out of a fairytale! The air smelled so fresh and calming, and every photo turned out Instagram-perfect 📸💜
The lake cruise was the perfect follow-up. With the sun sparkling on the water and a gentle breeze in the air, it felt so peaceful and relaxing. Sitting on the boat, surrounded by nature and scenic views, I could finally just breathe and enjoy the moment.
The tour was super well-organized, and our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped us take great photos (bonus points!). It was such a stress-free way to travel.
If you’re looking for a summer trip that’s both relaxing and full of stunning views, I highly recommend this kind of tour. Lavender and lakes? Yes, please!

Great tour with Raphael - Amazing tour with Raphael. We enjoyed Castellane, the visit to St. Croix Lake, the visit to the moustiers St Marie, and the lavender fields. He was very engaging and accommodating. He also helped us take some great photos.

Great tour! - We loved this tour. It was a very interesting drive out and back but totally worth it because it is a great destination. The tour driver was warm and friendly and made this tour extra special.

Wonderful tour through the mountains and small historic towns - Bruno was our guide, we had a wonderful time during the tour. He took us through incredible towns, giving us his knowledge and enthusiasm about each place.
Great tour to go places that otherwise you wouldn’t visit and that are completely worth it.

Tour with lots of photo ops. - Wagoner was an awesome tour guide. He was accommodating to our needs and tailored the tour to highlight the areas in which we were most interested. We were lucky enough to travel when the lavender fields were in full bloom. They were stunning! We are also glad we didn’t skip the Gorges du Verdon while visiting the South of France. More beautiful views.
We are a mom with a 22 and 27 year old daughters who took the tour and we all agreed it was a wonderful day. Have your camera ready. This is a great tour for taking lots of photos.

Gorges day trip - Fantastic day trip. Our guide/driver Mario was fantastic- very knowledgeable about the region, and he adjusted our itinerary so we could have more time at the lake. We saw waterfalls, beautiful quaint villages, breathtaking canyon views, Provence countryside, and of course the stunning Lake St Croix. Mario made us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Must do tour when in Nice - Everytjing absolutely wonderful! Exveptional. Every stop worth it. The landscapes breathtaking. Bruno made the ride very enjoyable with his jokes. This is a must do tour if you are in Nice. Dont skip this one.

Good - A nice and chilling tour overall. Beautiful views and quite a few memorable visits to some local villages. Hopefully can stay a bit longer in the lavender haze.

Gorge du Verdon - Overall this was a great trip. The landscape is incredible and well worth the long day and many hours in the car. We did several photo op stops which was very appreciated.
However, the stops at the two villages are very short. 40 minutes in Castellane and only an hour in Saint-Marie, which is also the lunch stop. We had a sit down meal which meant we were left with around 20 minutes to look around and get back to the car. So do yourself a favour and grab something on the go so you have as much time as possible to explore this gorgeous place.
The lake is amazing. We went swimming but didn't rent a boat because the line was very long and the water was crowded with boat traffic. If you swim, consider beach shoes as the shore and bottom of the lake are pebbles that are painful to walk on.
Our driver was lovely but a maniac on the road. This might be par for the course in France.
