Take a brief drive through the vineyards and pause at a scenic viewpoint to savor a glass of wine while learning about vine cultivation and vineyard management.

In the afternoon, visit another winery to sample more wines, including selections from nearby appellations like Pouilly-Fumé.

It was nice to have all the logistics taken care of for a day of wine tasting! - Our guide Cedric had great communication with us about the logistics and knew a ton about French wine. He was engaging and fun to be with all day. We had a full van to Sancerre and enjoyed meeting the other travel-mates in our group. The two wineries we went to offered so many tastings and the lunch was fantastic. It felt like a special experience that I couldn't have planned on my own.. it was nice to be taken care of all day. It made getting to and from Sancerre so easy. Thank you Cedric!

An unique day in Sancerre - Such an unforgettable experience in Sancerre! Wine Passport made us feel right at home. Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate, and the vineyard views were stunning. Tasting wines from the producers themselves was a highlight. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic day in... - We had a fantastic day in Sancerre with Aurelien! He was knowledgeable and friendly. The vineyards visited were excellent demonstrations of the variety in Sancerre. I was able to purchase wines I can not get at home and also taste some incredible wines. A great day!

Perfect Day in Sancerre!! - I did this wine tour in Sancerre with a few friends and had an amazing time. The vineyards are gorgeous, and the wine was incredible. Our guide was friendly and shared so many interesting details about the region’s history and winemaking. We visited a couple of small, family-run wineries and really got a sense of the passion and craftsmanship behind each bottle. The scenery was breathtaking, the tastings were generous, and the whole day felt very well-organized and relaxed. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore beautiful Sancerre and taste some fantastic wines!

Lovely Experience - I really enjoyed this wine tour in Sancerre. Our guide was funny and gave a lot of fun facts. It was the perfect escape for the day and we saw a lot of charming landscapes of the french countryside.

Fabulous French Wine Tasting Experience - Our guide Chloe was fabulous! The wineries were both very good and I loved the lunch in the countryside at a local restaurant. It was a longer drive than I thought from Paris, but other than that I would highly recommend it.

Outstanding - This day in Sancerre was outstanding!! I was picked up at my hotel in Paris and we drove about 2 hrs to arrive to the lovely village of Sancerre. It feels like time has no hold on this place. The view from the ramparts is stunning, overlooking hills of vineyards, which luckily showcased beautiful colors in the morning. On top of that our guide had the idea to open a bottle of rose to ease the group into getting to know each other — simply brilliant!
We then proceeded to visit a winery in the morning. We toured their production lines, cellars, and finished by a generous tasting. All the wines were delicious — whites, roses, and reds.
Lunch was held in a quaint restaurant, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious accompanied with a well thought of wine pairing from the region. Thank god the food was consistent as most of us were starting to feel a little tipsy!
We finished the day with the visit of another winery which was as exquisite as the first.
Our guide brought us back to Paris around 6PM. The day was perfectly planned, we had so much wine! We never felt rushed by our guide and all the emissaries of the wineries we visited were great at taking the time to explain their wine making process and what are the keys to their winery’s uniqueness.
Truly recommend the experience to anyone who is interested in Sancerre wine, wishes to discover some of the French countryside and taste loads of delicious wines!

A must for wine lovers! - We had an amazing time on the Sancerre day trip! The stunning Loire Valley scenery, charming village, and passionate winemakers made the experience truly special. The wine tastings were exquisite, showcasing the region’s unique flavors. Lunch at a local bistro was delicious, perfectly paired with Sancerre wines. Our guide, who was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, added so much to the experience, making sure we all felt engaged and informed. This tour is a must for wine lovers and anyone seeking an authentic taste of French culture. Highly recommended!

Falsely advertised, was forced to train home mid tour at own expense - This tour overall was a comedy of errors.
While in Paris with a group of six and one baby we began to search for a day trip wine tour. We went through many tours when looking to book as many have clear child restrictions but ended up with this one as there are no restrictions specified. I messaged on the help center feature before booking to confirm the baby would be ok and was told by the viator help feature it would be. On the day of the tour we were asked to meet the guide at a location 30 minutes away via metro instead of having a hotel pick up as advertised. He arrived late and clearly was not aware of the baby despite me notifying via viator. He allowed us to begin our day and had a good first tasting but at the second tasting we were informed one person could not continue the tour and would have to train home at their own expense given the baby adding an additional person to the tour. After returning home we requested the amount of the train ticket back from viator and was declined. I think this tour is falsely advertised as they did not offer hotel pick up and I think the costumer service was overall low given the cost of the tour. Perhaps consider a different tour company and booking site.
