• Minardi Frascati Winery - Experience the joy of making fresh pasta from scratch in a truly unique setting: a 17th-century family-run wine farmhouse nestled in the vineyards of Frascati, just a 24-minute train ride from Rome!

Enjoy a guided wine tour of the vineyard and farmhouse, which now serves as a charming wine museum, and partake in a wine tasting featuring three of our family’s wines. This delightful experience is complemented by a lunch that includes the pasta varieties you prepare, along with delicious appetizers and local sweets.

The meeting point is Frascati station, from where a short 5-minute drive will take you to the family farmhouse, a special place waiting to be discovered.

The family team, including a professional chef, will guide you in preparing two traditional pasta recipes, “Ravioli” and “Fettuccine,” while sharing some secrets of the local culinary tradition. Pasta recipes will also be provided!

At the end of this wonderful experience, you will be accompanied back to Frascati station for your return journey to Roma Termini station.
