Situated within the Valley are twelve sacred shrines, along with several fortifications, the Lower and Upper Agora, an Olympeion and a Bouleuterion. Serving as a muse for poets, philosophers and artists, it unquestionably stands as one of Sicily’s most symbolic parks.

The journey will kick-off at the temple of Hera, proceeding along the divine route up to the remnants of the outer wall. The expedition will proceed with visits to the Temple of Concordia, the leftover traces of the primitive Christian graveyard, the Temple of Heracles and the ruins of the temple of Zeus.
