Valley of the Temples Sunset Tour - The sunset tour was amazing. Alessio was knowledgeable and passionate giving us an in depth overview of not only the Valley of the Temples but the whole region.

Breathtaking temples in Sicily - Amazing to see something built 2000 years ago! Our guide Alesso was knowledgeable and extremely personable - he spent a lot of time educating us and even brought us to the temple of Zeus at the end. Seeing the valley at sunset was magical. The valley is huge so wear good walking shoes.

Highly recommended - Informative, atmospheric, Alessio did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble for him to guide the party. No hesitation in recommending.

Valley of Temples - Our small tour group had the luck to get Annalise as our guide! She is a non-stop wealth of information on all the Temples. An incredible historian and lovely person.

Amazing Sunset tour of the Valley of the temples. - Incredible tour! The temples at dusk are amazing. We had a wonderful guide who explained everything and told lots of interesting stories about the people and the time the temples were built. She is very passionate about her city Agrigento and for history. Art as well. I highly recommend this tour!

Photogenic tour. - A wonderful evening in a small group with a knowledgeable guide who gave just the right amount of information. The temples are glorious in the evening light and it’s not too hot for walking.

Visit also to the catacombs - I made the visit in the late afternoon of late September which is equivalent to sunset. Few people, pleasant temperature, an experienced and friendly archaeologist for guide (it takes!) Definitely suggestive. As soon as it got dark they turned on the lights that illuminate the temples at daylight and it was magic. Thanks to the archaeologist we also visited the catacombs located under the temple of Concord.

The Valley of the temples... - The Valley of the temples is amazing. Our guide Ilaria was a very nice person, but the tour was average. Lots of dead time and she was distracted by phone during the guide. A self tour w/ recorded guide would have been the same.

A RIP OFF TOUR GUIDE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! - Awful! DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR!! An absolute rip off! I booked this tour for a family of four, we were told just before arrival they had no English speaking tour guides! We had a choice from Michael (tour guide), if we could make it to The Valley of the Temples thirty minutes earlier, we could catch an English speaking tour guide, but with another company. As we were already in transit with a set arrival time of 5.20pm that was not an option at such late notice. Once we had arrived and spoke with Michael, he offered us Italian speaking only. Michael could give us admission to get into the Valley of the Temples, which was good, as apparently you have to purchase these separately to the Tour, although they are only 17.00 euros per person,(PHOTO PROOF BELOW) totalling 68.00 euros. We paid £105.00, approximately 120 euros, and yet we have been told by Viator after they had done a thorough review of our complaint, they are unable to give us any refund!! Basically, we have paid for a tour we never had a chance of attending and for whatever reason they feel we do not get a refund. Unbeleivable!!
