For lunch on board, two typical pastas of maritime lands are served: pasta with pesto from Trapani, prepared with almonds, tomatoes, typical Trapani extra virgin olive oil, and the distinctive red garlic from Nubia, famous worldwide for its intense and characteristic flavor; and pasta with pesto alla genovese, a specialty with a delicate and creamy flavor, made with fresh basil, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, and cheese.
Afterwards, enjoy the traditional bread cunzato, a timeless classic of Sicilian cuisine, along with fresh seasonal fruit.
All this is accompanied by Coke, Coke Zero, orange juice, peach or lemon tea, house wine, and still or sparkling water. A simple yet tasty lunch, to enjoy with a sea view and the sea breeze.
