Be aware of the pigs... - Be aware of the pigs popping in the water. They are friendly as long as you don’t touch the pigs in certain spots.

Experience of a lifetime - My family stays at the Marlin building at the Taino beach resort. We scheduled the swim with pigs excursion. It was really fun. We were able to spend about 15 minutes in the water feeding them apples, then 15 minutes on the beach taking photos. The last 15 minutes was in their enclosure. We were even able to hold the baby pigs!

Good experience - It was an overall good experience but not what I expected. You line up in the water with apples on sticks and the pigs are released into the water. They can and will poop in the same water you’re in. The highlight was getting to hold the baby pigs. After the 15 minute “swim” you have an additional 45 minutes to an hour to sit at picnic tables where you can order food and drinks. The beach was much too rocky to get in the water.

Skewed advertising - We had a great time. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. My only complaint would be that there was limited information about the trip. There was a lot of guesswork on my end on what to bring and what facilities were there. As well as what time they were picking us up at the hotel etc. and the photos were a little screwed. I was under the impression we were swimming with pigs like the description described. But when we arrived we walked around a corner and pigs that they have there in pens were let out and we cuddled with them. It was a nice time but I was hoping the pigs were wild and we were going to take a boat to an island or something.

They are locked behind a fence for profit. They need to be wild and free like they are advertised see pics. **DO NOT PAY TO SEE THESE POOR LOCKED UP PIGS***

No - We were unable to do this activity. We could not get info online and they would not answer the phone. We got there at 1pm and they said they were closing for the day and would not reopen for two to three days and to come back then. They did say it was $66 per person. The area near them is not very safe plan on driving straight to facility and back to Freeport with no stops.

Go anywhere else, it has to be a better experience. - Yet another reason to never come back to Freeport. We visited for the teenage girls to experience swimming with pigs. After starting late, the experience only lasted a few minutes. We were also yelled at for passing the lifeguard chair which was at least 300 feet from the girls swimming with pigs. I will say the staff handling the pigs was very nice but the staff over everything was horrible. Do not waste your money or time with this place.

Waste of time & money + rude staff - Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time or money. The staff were extremely rude, and our children spent less than five minutes in the water with the pigs (with a group of 30+ others). So many better options to support with your money in Nassau.

Feed pigs 2 apple slices, go back to "beach." - What an absolute joke. "Swimming with the pigs" is completely false. You walk out into the water, form a line and then the pigs come by and take food from you. We were given TWO pieces of fruit and were out there for about 20 minutes and paid $180 per person on Norwegian cruise lines. There was so swimming, no petting, no connecting with the pigs. There seem to be many places to do this in the Bahamas, skip this one.
