- Grant Grove - The next destination is Grant Grove, located a few miles into Kings Canyon National Park. This short and easy hike offers an opportunity to be surrounded by Giant Sequoias, some of the largest and oldest trees in America. Visitors can walk through the trunk of a fallen tree, stand inside a hollow tree, and capture numerous photos of these majestic giants.
- Kings Canyon Visitor Center - Before departing the park, a visit to the Kings Canyon Visitor Center is planned for souvenir shopping. Available items include books, apparel, magnets, coffee and travel mugs, jewelry, stickers, and postcards.
- Cedar Grove Village - Travelers will gradually descend into Kings Canyon, where they will witness roaring rivers, waterfalls, stunning granite canyon walls, and possibly even a bear or two! Guests have the option to take an easy hike to the meadow or waterfalls.

Felt like a friend was showing us around. - Alexis picked us up with a smile on her face. She was so enthusiastic and informative about the park. Car was very comfortable. She was more than accommodating when we needed to stop. It felt like spending the day with a friend. Will definitely tour another park when we come through town next time.

Top Notch Touring - Alexis is very knowledgeable, energetic and made sure we saw the best sites found in both Kings Canyon and Yosemite. We enjoyed her company throughout the tours and highly recommend others to work with her and her firm. Authentic Adventures of Central California is outstanding!

National Park which reminds us not to be greedy - King’s Canyon NP is a place every nature lover has to visit and if you have terrific guide like Alexis you definitely be lucky.
When you visit Kings Canyon NP you definitely feel sad how badly our Mother Nature was treated not long ago and unfortunately is treated till today in many places. It awakes our awareness to be smarter and less greedy.

For short time journey in Sierra - Kings Canyon is definitely a must-see! The giant sequoias here are named after different U.S. states, making it fun and easy to explore. The trails are very accessible, and I highly recommend it if you don’t have much time but still want to see incredible sequoias and enjoy the breathtaking valley views of the Sierra. Highly recommended for nature lovers!

Awesome day adventure - Alexis is the BEST!! She provided a lot of detailed information about the park. Excellent customer service! In addition to helping capture some great photos! 10 out of 10 experience. I can’t wait to return when the canyon side of the park is reopened.

Beautiful park - Alexis was a wonderful guide. She knows a great deal about the park and customized the activity level to what was appropriate for us. She even got us a cinnamon roll from a local restaurant on the way.
