With no interference from strong tidal currents, it is perfect for families and anyone eager to try sea kayaking.
Participants will explore the scenic Dinner Island, home to a colony of plump harbor seals, before heading south to serene coves. There is a chance to spot bald eagles, Dall’s or Harbor porpoises, river otters, mink, and numerous migratory sea birds such as scoters, harlequin ducks, loons, and mergansers, along with local herons, cormorants, gulls, and kingfishers!
This trip is leisurely paced, offering an escape from the crowds.
