Fantastic experience. - We had a fantastic private tour with Ali yesterday. He was very knowledgeable about the area and planned the day so we could enjoy the best possible views of Mount Fuji. I really appreciated that I didn’t have to worry about parking—Ali knew exactly where to go and always found the most convenient spots. He was kind, courteous, and considerate throughout the day, especially attentive in helping the grandparents with some of the more physically challenging places. Thanks to Ali, we had a smooth, enjoyable, and memorable experience. Highly recommend!

Must try this option - Very relaxed and fun experience. Our guide was champion and extremely polite and helpful. Was very considerate for my wife and children and was very informative and great sense of humour. Kept s away from the crowds

We had a wonderful time seeing the different sights around Mt. Fuji. Would highly recommend this tour. Our guide was wonderful. - We had a wonderful time seeing all the sites around Mt. Fuji. Our guide was wonderful. There was a traffic jam, but our guide took us on the back roads around the jam and saved us an hour off our drive. Very greatful for his time with us today.

Nice day out into the countryside - Smooth trip with good communication from our guide. We took the trip on a Friday and visited the pagoda, a Shinto shrine, a village with lava ponds, the flower oasis and Lake Kawaguchiko.
If you want to go to the 5th station of Mount Fuji make sure you discuss this at the beginning of the trip. Our guide explained this would take 30 hours of the 10 hours (with 4 hours needed to get to and from Tokyo) because we were visiting in the summer when private transport cannot get close and you need to use a shuttle bus. As the weather wasn’t good on the day we went (in fact we didn’t see Mount Fuji at all because of the clouds), we didn’t go to the 5th station.
Highlights were many but if we have to pick one, the boat ride on the lake (10000 yen for 5 people) - beautiful views of the hills and so nice to be out in the cooler air.
We had a guide and a driver. Both were really nice guys - enjoyed feeding the fish with them!

Highly recommend Ali and this tour for places of interest to you! - Our driver and guide Ali ensured that our trip was very enjoyable and comfortable. He was respectful, obliging with our destinations and rest stops and flexible with time spent at each location. He was a careful and safe driver and his van was very clean, comfortable and cool.

Priceless experience - This was one of the best tours we've ever had in Japan. Bobby, our guide, picked us up at our hotel and planned out the whole day for us full of surprises like a boat ride at the base of Mt Fuji, a tour of the oldest village in Japan right near Mt. Fuji, and an amazing lunch spot. This was all on top of our short hike to a temple and a picturesque view of Mt Fuji. This tour went above and beyond and our tour guide Bobby was the reason why. Highly recommend this for anyone wanting a Mt Fuji experience. My family and I were so pleased and had the best time ever! Thank you Bobby for the memories!!

- Convenient and comfortable way (especially in the summer heat) for a day tour to Mt. Fuji and Hakone. We had our own private tour and car to ourselves. The car interior was clean and plenty of room for three passengers that sits seven. I like that the tour is customizable but highly recommend to do research of places to visit and have it available for the tour guide so they can route the drive and determine best course based on the time available. Ali was our driver. He was nice and professional. He dropped us off and picked us up in front of the places we visited. He suggested to start the tour early (7am) from what the website recommended (8:30am) which was a good idea. Since it was our first visit to Hakone and Mt Fuji area, it would have been nice to get explanation about the places we were visiting though. Overall, I recommend taking this tour if you want the fastest way to go to mt. Fuji and/or Hakone area.

Best service in Japan - Imra is the best driver in Japan took our family of 6 for a day tour and had a great time with him he was knowledgeable of the city and made us feel like family will recommend him to anyone coming to Japan

Convenient, private and... - Convenient, private and comfortable way to get to Hakone or Mt Fuji area. Come prepared with an itinerary in mind and places to visit since what’s listed on the trip info are not the stops taken from our experience. Also be ready to pay for parking and places that require admission fee. Driver was nice but didn’t provide any details of areas we were visiting or history about the place we were in. Felt more like a cab driver and telling him where we would like to see next. We were dropped off at the location and left to explore, and were told to just come back at a certain time. Our driver/tour guide did not come with us at all. For first visit to these locations, it can be challenging to know where to go and rely on the driver to inform places of interest. Overall, the ride was okay. Car was clean and spacious but more information about the places and having an actual tour guide to take the excursions along with us would have been a lot better experience.
