Fantastic Day - We spent a fabulous day with Radim as our guide! He was funny, lively and knew a lot about Fukuoka even though he was a transplant. His English was excellent and the sites we toured with our party of 14 using public transportation gave us a very good understanding of the city. Most importantly, Radim left enough time for our group to return in time for our departure to our next destination. I highly recommend using him as a guide when you visit this City! Radim, on behalf of our party, we thank you and wish you well!

Tour through Fukuoka - This was the perfect start to our tour of Japan. Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful on our tour throughout Fukuoka. He also gave us plenty of recommendations for our day and the rest of our trip. He helped us with our train cards and setting up our phones. He was also really good with our young son and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great day

Must visit Fukuoka. - We spent 2 days with Radim. He was wonderful. He was attentive, helpful and fun to be with. We did a day tour in Fukuoka and visited Nagasaki. We had so much fun. We love Fukuoka. The sights and food were incredible plus the shopping. It’s complete. The best part, it’s less crowded. Radim gave us excellent food recommendations. We wish we had more time to explore other nearby towns. We will definitely go back and contact him again to visit other places.

🗺️ Fukuoka Comes Alive with Radim’s Guided Tour - From the moment we met Radim, we knew we were in for a special experience. He’s the perfect blend of laid-back and incredibly knowledgeable—fluent in English, easy to understand, and always ready with fascinating facts. Our tour began with a walk through downtown Fukuoka, where Radim pointed out cultural highlights and local quirks we would’ve completely missed on our own. But the real magic happened when he took us to Nanzoin Temple. Standing before the breathtaking Reclining Buddha was truly a moment of awe—and Radim’s insights into the site’s history and symbolism made it even more meaningful. A standout moment was crossing a bridge where Radim showed us how the railings could be played like a xylophone—something we never would have noticed without him! It’s these small, joyful surprises that made the day feel personal and unforgettable. If you’re visiting Fukuoka and want to see more than just the surface, book a tour with Radim. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

Tour with a friend - We spend 4 hours on a tour with Radim. It was his first tour in Czech😊 It was like a walk with a friend through Fukuoka. Pick-up was at our airbnb😊 Visited a couple of shrines and temples before joining some of his friends at the festival Hakata Donkatu where he showed us a great place to watch the processions. Got also great advices for our time in Japan and further discoveries in Fukuoka. We learned beyond the shrines a lot about the life in Japan, quite knowledgable. Definitively recommendable.

A wonderful day in Fukuoka and beyond with Radim! - We had a great day of touring Fukuoka and the surrounding areas with Radim. He picked us up early at our hotel and he was friendly and fun. Plus, both his English and Japanese are excellent. At our request, Radim took us to see the beautiful Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine and Kyushu National Museum in Dazaifu, which were both amazing sites to see. On our way back to Fukuoka, Radim suggested that we stop for a unique treat, an umegae mochi, which was delicious. We wanted to try some famous Hakata ramen for lunch, so after walking through Tenjin Underground Mall and the Kawabata Arcade, Radim took us to a great little hidden gem for delicious ramen in the city. Afterwards, we continued our tour by visiting Kushida Shrine and Tochoji Temple in Fukuoka, where we were fortunate to see the cherry blossoms in full bloom. We finished our long day with a visit to beautiful Nanzo-in Temple. Radim is also a talented photographer! He took some great pictures for us and he showed us his favorite photo spots. It was a very full 10-hour day of touring, which we could never have accomplished without Radim, who helped us buy our train tickets and guided us through each station and onto every platform throughout our journey. Thank you, Radim, for a memorable day!
