The staff was very friendly and the tour was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this tour to enjoy Madeira. - This tour gives the visitors to Madeira an opportunity to enjoy nature. Seeing dolphins swimming around was a great experience. Seeing Cabo Girão from the water and the rock formations was a great experience.

Beautiful boat ride. - The ride was very nice, the crew kind.
We saw a pod of dolphins and made a swim stop.

Great evening excursion. - Went on this trip with my wife on a recent trip in Funchal. Crew were very professional. Trip was three hours, left on time and returned on time.
They take you out looking for whales and dolphins first of all. We got to see two pods of about ten dolphins which was great. They are restricted to ten minutes in any one area.
They then take you to a swimming point at the bottom of some amazing cliffs. You can swim in the open water for about ten fifteen minutes.
Then they head back as the sun sets behind you.
Lovely trip but remember a hoodie or jacket for the way back especially if you’ve been swimming.
There’s also a bar on board with beer wine and cocktails. Reasonably priced. A wine and large beer was 8 euros.

Must have experience - Amazing! Highly recommend
Bring jackets, it gets windy and cold, but definitely worth it. Spotted dolphins and the sunset was gorgeous

Throughly enjoyable sunset catamaran cruise - I had booked our tickets before we left the UK, found the ticket office easily and was given a token and a gate to be queue at for departure which was slightly delayed but the whole experience was very enjoyable. Staff very helpful. Music playing but not too loud. Leisurely cruise with the added bonus of seeing some bottle nosed dolphins and flying fish which was magical. Option to swim if you wanted to. The weather was perfect so we had a lovely sunset.
On board you can buy drinks which are reasonably priced and some snacks however people came with food in cool boxes so would have bought some food ourselves if we had known. Overall a very memorable evening.

Have a nice boat trip - Was a nice experience, commentary on top of the boat not audible but that is not hugely disturbing.

Sunset Cruise out of Funchal - The sunset and ocean views during our cruise were absolutely beautiful, and spotting dolphins along the way was lovely. Taking a quick dip in the ocean was refreshing—though the water was definitely on the cooler side!
One small note: while the catamaran was comfortable and well-run, I would have appreciated seeing the sail raised once we were out at sea. It would’ve added an extra touch of authenticity to the sailing experience.

Nice, but... - Very nice walk. We had the chance to see dolphins as well. On the other hand, we had booked for the catamaran and we ended up with 150 people on a boat without sail on 2 floors.

Disappointed New Year catamaran, read below: - Disappointing VMT catamaran 2024/2025 New Year Funchal Fire Works viewing. Unlike in previous years, the Catamaran was positioned, for the duration, in a way that the left half of the fire works were hidden by a huge cruise ship.
Very Sad. One will be happier to watch it from land - from any miradouros over Funchal. Save the 130 € per person. Happy New Year. - Mark
