Informative adventure with lots of fun - Very informative and relaxed tour where our wishes were met. Felipe is an excellent tour guide and excellent rider who has flexibly adapted the tour to the weather conditions and shown additional sights. The location for lunch was also excellent. We would go back with him anytime.

Five stars + - We decided to take the private east tour to Santana, instead of the mini bus. Our tour guide Felipe was fun, knowledgeable, personable & respectful. He was considering our circumstances and took the time to show us a local spot for fresh poncho and a quite place by the water to lay out mother to rest. Thank you for making it perfect t for such a difficult circumstances.

Jeep day tour with special experiences - We booked the tour at short notice (a day before) and were very excited about what we would expect. And we can say we were very positively surprised. We were picked up very friendly and also on time at our hotel and Filipe asked our destination wishes and then showed us on the map the route. And then it started and we were able to admire the advantages of a 4x4 off-road vehicle for the first time in the east of Funchal, when it was equipped with at least. 30% climb up the mountain. From a viewing platform we had a robbing view of Funchal. We continued to the third highest mountain of Madeira and on to Ribeiro Frio, where we spontaneously decided to hike to the Miradouro dos Balcões lookout. Filipe explained the way and collected us downhill by car again. From here we went off-road to Santana, which was an absolute highlight. Previously, we were able to drink the real Madeirian, freshly prepared poncha in a restaurant on the way - just a treat. In Santana we had lunch in a restaurant. Afterwards we visited the Cascata da Aguage waterfall, which would probably not have been found without local knowledge. Afterwards Filipe headed for a special destination for us, where we were able to do one last important thing (@Filipe: you are welcome to report on it). After spending some time here, we went to the easternmost tip of Madeira, the only place where you can see the north and south of the island at the same time, Miradouro da Ponta do Rosto. This ended a very eventful day and we were brought back to our hotel. Thanks Filipe 🙏

The best off road experience for a fair price. - We have done several tours with ricardo and he is really the best in terms of off road. I really recommend him if you really want to have a fun day and have a real experience. Don't think about it just do it.

Fantastic East and West Tours with Filipe! - We booked two tours with Filipe – the West Tour and the East Tour – and both were absolutely amazing experiences. Everything was perfectly organized and full of wonderful little local touches, like tasting poncha regional and espetada :) Even though it seemed impossible to visit one particular place that day, Filipe arranged it for us, which we really appreciated.He adapted the plans to the weather conditions, and even fallen trees on the road were not a problem, making sure we had the best possible experience :) The off-road driving with the open roof was definitely the highlight and the best fun for the kids – they absolutely loved it! Highly recommended if you’re looking for unforgettable experiences and a great guide!

Great way to see and learn about Madiera - We did a second day with Vitor because we enjoyed the first day so much. We were not disappointed. The east was very different to the west and it was great to have Vitor showing us all the places and pointing out some of the wonders of nature. It was a really interesting and enjoyable day with Vitor and we cannot recommend it highly enough. We are now home and have been saying that the two days spent with Vitor really made our holiday. Simply the best off road experience in Madeira - We again spent another most memorable day with Madeira’s best off road driver, namely Ricardo from Ricardo Off Road Madeira. If you want a truly off road experience in Madeira then look no further than Ricardo’s company. We will be back in Madeira once again in October next year and will definitely spend another day in Ricardo’s company.

The perfect day for exploring - We had an amazing day of exploring the island with Filipe! He showed us the tour with such passion for his beautiful island. The pick up and drop off was seamless and we so enjoyed the restaurant he chose for lunch. We highly recommend this tour and Viator!

Jeep off-road East Island tour Madeira - Wonderful family business the East Coast tour was just brilliant. Our driver Philipe took us to so many special spots off the beaten standard tour spots hence we often missed the busy tourist buses and jeeps I cannot recommend them highly enough and I know all of the rest of the group felt the same.
