Perfect Day in Gorgeous Madeira - We stayed in the old part of town, where vehicles cannot enter. Company made arrangements for our meeting and launched a fabulous and informative tour. We are seasoned travelers and this was our first trip to Madeira. We did not know what to expect, but were extremely impressed. Not just with Madeira, but with the professionalism of the tour itself. I cannot say enough good things about our guide, Marco, he is a true professional. I ask a lot of questions and he was able to answer them all in a clear and concise manner. This was a wonderful tour. Madeira is a fabulous sophisticated place and this was our introduction. We found the two sides of the island to be quite distinctive and equally delightful, but the presentation of the tour, the capability of the driving and the historic, scientific, and cultural commentary were outstanding.

Great Service & As Advertised - A great tour to cover much of Madeira that we hadn’t seen. We didn’t hire a car - so tours such as this were great to tick some places off. We are quite fast paced people, so this tour was a little on the slower side for what we would usually do however we can’t lower our 5/5 score as the tour was as advertised and carried out fantastically by Marco - our tour guide and driver. Marco was friendly, funny, and shared lots of relevant information whilst safely driving our group. We had a good amount of time at each of our stops (again, longer than we would usually spend at some of the stops but can appreciate others will want the extra time as this is a personal preference). Something we didn’t expect was a multilingual group. Whilst it was very impressive to hear Marco switch between English and French, it meant there was a lot of talking in the minibus. We commend Marco for being able to do this as it mustn’t be easy to repeat yourself in different languages, but it is something to note for future customers. Overall, we have to give a 5/5 due to the level of service and the places that we saw.

Fantastic tour and tour guide! - Fantastic tour and tour guide. He shared a lot of history of the area. Great sites to visit. He managed the seating on the minibus well so that couples could sit together. He was friendly and caring of the group, helping everyone as needed.

Efficient wide ranging tour, a must see! - Efficient way to see a majority of the island. Marco (with Lido Tours) was such a knowledgeable, friendly and amazing tour guide. Pro tip, the best seats are the two in the front of the bus. Swimming in the natural pools were the highlight of the tour for us. But really every stop was spectacular. We only want to do bus tours with Marco now ;) Highly recommend this tour especially for a broad overview of the island.

Interesting tour, uncomfortable mini bus - Interesting Tourist Tour Bruno is a good guide and nice The break time in the different places to visit is correct to appreciate the place However 30 more minutes in Porto Moniz would be nice We chose the option to take snacks so we could enjoy a swim in the natural pools I think those who opt for a restaurant can't see time for this swim On the other hand mini bus very compact, little space between the seats, difficult to put the legs well Too bad when you spend most of the day on the road
