Well organised trip with knowledgeable staff. - We were lucky to see lots of wildlife including dolphins and a turtle. Dolphins came very close to the boat.

Exciting boat ride with many sightings of dolphins - The guide Monica was wonderful and explained many details about the dolphins and the island, answering all the questions from our kids too. We were lucky to see many Roaz 🐬🐬. The kids had a wonderful time on the boat, and captain Andre was creative in pleasing our boys with a fast trip. I would definitely recommend!

Magical - Magical experience. There where dozens and dozens of dolphins jumping all around us Unbelievable. What an experience! Highly highly recommend. The crew was amazing as well.

Dolphine and/or whale spotting. - It was a great trip. I've never been in a rib/speed boat before, my husband has, it was quite thrilling! We saw some Dolphines, they were beautiful. Jumping in and out of the water around us, it was magical. The escort was knowlegable and told us about the dolphines and there habits. Fantastic experience!

Amazing experience!!! - We loved the tour - saw lots of dolphins and some whales, it was safe and fun. Thanks for the amazing experience - such a lovely team - our tour guide (Jodrigo I think was his name) so positive, shared his knowledge and communicated well with our small kids, boat driver Christiano - such a cool guy and the lovely Matilde - kudos to you! Definitely recommend this tour!

Pilot whales and dolphins - Very nice adventure and very good guides! We saw the pilot whales and dolphins. We enjoy also the way back navigating next to the coast, you can see the rocks and mountains close. Funny that they make rounds with the boat at the end. Nice experience!!!

Super organized, friendly and excellent sightings - The trip was excellently organized and we could see great animals. The group was small and everyone could see the animals and it was even covered by 45 min just so we could see another sperm whale. Care was taken to visit private places and not to follow the crowd. In addition, our marine biologist was excellent and could tell a lot about the whales and dolphins. With 3 different species we have also seen quite a few things. I would always prefer this tour over a crowded catamaran tour, these are really crowded and not such an intense experience with the animals. But you should make sure that you go to the toilet beforehand as there is no official way to relieve yourself on the tour.

Awesome! - It was a great experience! We saw Pilot whales, a sperm whale and dolphins, the guide told us this was special in february 😊 that we saw so many species was definitely Thanks to the guide, we went really far Out in the sea and had a longer trip to be able to see more!

No show and no comms . Total rip off!! - No show by Venture Nature Solutions and no communication to cancel our whale and dolphin sighting trip. We booked for 930h on a Thursday and arrived to their offices at 9.00h as requested. The booking was made the day before. When we arrived the offices were closed, no one called us or messaged us to cancel or postpone the trip. Weather was great, sunny and warm. At 10.00h still no show despite calling, sending WhatsApp, sending emails (mail box full). There is another couple here waiting. No news for them either from the company. So 116€ wasted and still no news from Venture Nature Solutions. This is a rip off and even if they offer us compensation, we have wasted the morning of a short trip to Madeira. Unbelievably poor service.
