Relax and enjoy! - Bring a sweater, or swimsuit! The crewmen were attentive and detailed the different species of dolphins we saw. Sadly no whales this time.🫠 The whales are for another visit to Madeira.

Amazing Boat Trip - The boat was immaculate and we were treated with kindness. The crew were friendly and knowledgable and managed to find a pod of sperm whale for us. What a treat. They were extremeley conscious Of the whales well being and didnt invade their space or over stay our ‘watch’

Well worth the money - A lovely couple of hours at sea. Beautiful boat. I think he said it was new. Saw pilot whales and spotted dolphins. The guys on the boat were all very friendly and professional. Very good value for money

Unforgettable memories - I would like to thank the boat crew who took us out on this fantastic trip. We were lucky enough to see 2 types of Dolphins and 2 types Whales which was an incredible experience. The crew showed total respect for the wildlife at all times and informed us about the species we were seeing. We even had time for a swim on the way back to the harbour. A truly wonderful morning 🐬🐳🏊‍♂️ Many thanks guys

Fun tour! - The boat was full but the staff were attentive, drinks and snacks were cheap and we saw some whales! They stopped to let us go swimming for 20-30 minutes - I’d do it again!

Very good and interesting - The crew was friendly and accommodating. Also details about dolphin species were explained and we also saw dolphins. The view was also very nice and details of the surroundings were described. You could hardly understand anything from the announcements of the crew outside, so the boxes should be a little louder. In addition, there were about 10-10 people too many on board. It was sometimes difficult to find a seat, just as the port was approached again and you had to sit down.

Not happy - I am not happy with the people selling tickets near the harbour in Funchal where the trips start from (to say the least). These women were extremely rude and unhelpful. The previous day we had prepaid an advance for the trip on the catamaran giving all the required info they asked: our hotel, room number, phone number. Today we had left the document they gave us at our hotel (we admit to being at fault for that) but the ticket sellers treated us like liars and refused to consider any solutions to the problem. Really really rude attitude. We paid the full price to get on the catamaran at the last minute after being sent around and told off, and when we returned from the trip, we were given our advance payment back since they had contacted the office where we paid it the previous day and verified it. No excuse, nothing. I would NOT recommend using their services. When they spoil your mood before the journey starts, you can not enjoy anything.
