IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Please be advised that starting January 1, 2025, the Forestry Institute of Madeira, in collaboration with government authorities, will introduce a TAX of €4.50 per person for all official RP hiking tours. This fee is designated for waste collection and maintenance of the Classified Pedestrian Trails.
This tax is NOT included in the tour price.
Customers are required to pay this fee on the day of the walk, at the location.

This tour follows the levada, which gently carries water throughout the journey. Occasionally, truffles can be spotted. (An entrance fee of €4.50 per person is required and payable on-site.)
