- 20 Bayfield Rd - Guests will be warmly greeted by the guide, Karri, at the Galston Rural Sports Facility, marking the start of the adventure. Here, participants will meet the ponies and prepare them for the walk. After acquiring some pony-leading skills in a secure area, the group will set off on a beginner-friendly 4 km walk along the bridleway…
- 20 Bayfield Rd - Guests will be warmly greeted by the guide, Karri, at the Galston Rural Sports Facility, marking the start of the adventure. Here, participants will meet the ponies and prepare them for the walk. After acquiring some pony-leading skills in a secure area, the group will set off on a beginner-friendly 4 km walk along the bridleway that encircles the scenic Fagan Park. During the journey, the changing landscapes will be enjoyed, discussions about the surroundings will take place, and there will be stops to appreciate the countryside views.
As the group follows the bridleway, they may encounter other trail users such as dog walkers, horse riders, and cyclists. There might be opportunities to see horses, sheep, cows, and even native wildlife along the route. The path forms a one-way loop that returns to the starting point, where the ponies will be cared for and rewarded for their efforts. Participants can assist in brushing, washing, or feeding them.
The experience concludes with light refreshments and a friendly conversation, providing an opportunity to ask any questions.

Our ponies all have different personalities, opinions, and ideas of their own, just like people do! During your time with us, you’ll learn how to safely interact with and lead the ponies, as well as how to connect authentically with these sociable, curious equines.
We’ll then head off together for a countryside walk, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the experience.
This walking tour provides not only an enjoyable and educational experience but also an enlightening one. Our ponies will help you discover new insights about these wonderful animals.
