- Cliffs of Moher - The magnificent cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland’s most spectacular sights, and they reach a height of 700 feet. On a clear day, you can see for miles, and some of the sights include the Aran Islands, Galway Bay, and the hills and valleys of Connemara. On the edge of the cliffs, you can hear the waves crashing as they eat into the sandstone and shale. You’ll also get to hear plenty of birds as the Cliffs of Moher are home to lots of different species including puffins, guillemots, gannets, and more. From O’Brien’s Tower, you’ll be able to take in the magnificent views of the face of the cliffs. You’ll also get to spend time in the visitor centre. Included in your Tour is the entrance fees for the Cliffs of Moher.

Next, enjoy a lunch break in the charming fishing village of Doolin for about 45-50 minutes. The tour also includes a visit to Ballyreen, where you can stroll through the limestone Burren landscape. The return journey to Galway follows the Wild Atlantic Way, skirting the renowned Galway Bay, one of Ireland’s most stunning coastlines. A photo stop is included before arriving back in Galway at approximately 18:45.

Brilliant day - Another amazing day @ Cliffs of Moher!

First rate, highly recommended - Tommy - the tour guide and driver - elevated the entire experience: kind, funny, knowledgeable, excellent driving, everything. The Cliffs are amazing, the travel routes are scenic and interesting, and the food and other amenities are great too. We are not big group-tour people in general, but this is a must-do. It is particularly nice because you are there and back, door to door, in about 6 hours so you can sleep in during the morning and catch a nice dinner after you return in the evening. First rate, highly recommended.

A Wonderful Day - The bus ride was great. Lorraine gave us some history as we went along which made the trip more interesting. She was an expert driver on those narrow roads. The cliffs were magnificent even on a dreary day. We enjoyed our day.

Bad weather but lovely tour! - The bus, tour guide, lunch, and commentary along the way was wonderful! Only downside of the day was the awful weather! The bus to the cliffs includes lots of information on the history and geography of Ireland which was super interesting. Very calming so make sure to drink a coffee before so you don’t fall asleep viewing the beautiful Irish countryside. The lunch stop was traditional Irish food and it was delicious (great vegetarian option!). I will say, it was a late lunch, around 4pm, so my group was hungry for a late dinner but most kitchens in Galways close at 9. The tour was lovely, just definitely didn’t hit as well with the rainy, windy weather at the cliffs which made visibility bad.

Cliffs of Moher and Connemara in ❤️ - We made two excursions with this excellent company, the first to the famous Cliffs of Moher and village of Dooling, the second in Connemara .Experience that I recommend absolutely to do.
Excellent guide John who accompanied us in Connemara with professionalism and sympathy.

Fantastic Tour! - Our trip from Galway to the Cliffs of Moher with Gary was so enjoyable! Gary was so informative about all of the sights along the way and the history of the area- wonderful tour guide! He stopped in Doolin at one of the pubs there (McGann's)- they served 2 busloads of us fantastic food and had us back on tour within 45 minutes. The bus was comfortable and clean and right on schedule. Highly recommend The Galway Tour Company and Gary!

Spectacular Cliffs of Moher...a must see! - You must see the Cliffs of Moher when visiting Ireland! It's wonderful to have a guide for this....you can enjoy the scenery without having to drive! Visiting Doolin is a nice stop to have lunch!

Cliffs of Moher Tour: scenery was absolutely stunning with an excellent driver - We were four people taking part in the Cliffs of Moher Tour.
When we arrived at the Cliffs, we had 2 hours and 15 minutes to explore the area, which is enough. The scenery was absolutely stunning, and we were lucky with the weather — no rain, just some wind. I highly recommend bringing a windbreaker or light jacket, as it can get quite breezy up there.
Our driver, Gary, provided a lot of commentary throughout the trip. While the information was interesting and informative, my friends and I sometimes would have appreciated a bit more quiet time during the ride. He took care of our safety and was mice and friendly
Overall, the tour is definitely worth it — especially if the weather is good.
We had also booked another tour for the following day: The Aran Islands & The Cliffs Cruise. That tour also made a stop at the Cliffs of Moher, but only for an hour, which is very limited.

Verrrry windy. Button up!... - Verrrry windy. Button up! Informative and pleasant monologue by Gary, the driver. Excellent driving skills. The wind was the most amazing thing. Cliffs were striking.
