PG was an excellent guide! This was our second time doing the tour. Our first was with Ashley a few years ago. She set the bar high and PG delivered. He was fun and funny. Great with the kids and older folks alike. Good energy and mix of jokes with fun facts and historical notes that no one asked for but everyone appreciated. Awesome, we will always recommend and return on every visit to Gatlinburg!

The guide made the walk fun and interesting. I will definitely return for another Ghost Walk.

Absolutely loved our guide. I was hesitant to book it with 2 kiddos but it was friendly for all ages. Was able to present information while being comedic at the same time. Well worth it and highly recommend for anyone. Plenty of laughs kept the tour going and by the time it ended we didn't noticed the hour passed. Thank you for offering this ghost walk. A+++

The tour was just as informative about the Gatlinburg area as it was about the ghost that wonder in the locations. Our guide was great. Plenty of energy that broadcasted his love for the town as well as his respect for the person's in the stories he told. Even his zingers and one liner dad jokes were perfectly timed and delivered. If you caught them, you couldn't help but laugh. All around entertainment. He is one of the few really good story tellers left in the country.

The booking itself was easy, however contacting the people/company regarding our tour was not easy. We had a tour booked for 7:30PM, and about three hours before it began storming. We decided we did not want to participate in a mile walk in the rain (there was a good chance it would continue) and I tried calling the number on my booking confirmation. That number doesn’t work at all, when I called it says that there is calling restrictions and that you cannot call that number. So then I emailed the email that was in my confirmation to reschedule my tour. About thirty minutes before our tour was supposed to happen, I received an email from a different email address than on my confirmation saying the tour I had booked was canceled due to rain. At 7:30, I received a text asking if I would be joining the tour I booked? I replied saying I believe it was canceled due to the email I received and got no response. Overall, it felt very disorganized. I was being contacted regard the tour with three phone numbers and two emails, none of which responded to any messages I’d sent. I understand rebooking can be difficult, but I purchased the “ticket insurance” so I would be able to rebook if needed. I’m not sure why you offer that if it’s not something that can be utilized.

Unfortunately, our guide wasn't great. Her stories were long and drawn out. She would go off on tangents and lose focus. The way she told the stories, that were very uninteresting, was boring. We have been on alot of ghost walks and we have never not enjoyed one until now.

Do to we had a family emergency in tried everything to reach them got no answer back so now I'm out money

This is a scam! Tour guide never showed and didn’t return call or email
