Amazing - Elliot was a great waiter at the wash house, always on hand and friendly smiley face which was amazing. Nothing was ever too much. Also the man at the door doing his washing was great! Really in character and could tell he loved his job!

An absolute MUST for all cocktail & party lovers. - Get The Washhouse on your must experience list immediately! My brother and I had an absolutely fantastic time here. The cocktails are of course delicious and little works of art in their own right. The place itself is uber cool. Well it’s a speakeasy with a few secret rooms, so it’s bound to be. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and patient with you, and then on top of all that, if that wasn’t enough, the whole place has got a real party energy to it, where you just can’t help but talk to complete strangers sat near and around you, comparing cocktails amongst other things.

Excellent Service from Freya - Freya was absolutely fantastic throughout our visit. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure our drinks were always taken care of quickly and with a smile. Her positive attitude really added to the experience, and she made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about customers having a good time. We really appreciated her great service and would happily come back again because of it!

John was fantastic - John was our guide and he was fantastic, his expertise and recommendations were spot on. He made the experience enjoyable and memorable. The atmosphere was cozy and unique with fun twists and turns!

Best service in Manchester - Devon and Freya looked after me amazing customer service on my first visit was well looked after. Cocktails were amazing had the birds aren’t real recommend to me by Devon and it was 10/10

Absolutely amazing - The wash house was a great experience from the moment we opened the front door to the moment we walked out. Staff were super attentive nothing was too much trouble including letting us go down the slide even after it was closed! Freya you are a gem. Will definitely be back 😃

A must visit in Manchester - Fantastic experience. Loved the entrance via the vending machine which led us upstairs to the bar to be met by a very friendly barman / host who as well as bringing us our Prosecco informed us of the cocktail menu. The theatrics of the cocktails we chose were brilliant which only improved our experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting and will definitely return on my next visit to Manchester
