Following this, there will be a short, step-free walk to the Cooking With Monisha kitchen, just 5 minutes away, where the class will commence. Participants will be served Masala Chai while discussing the preparation of an Indian meal. The cooking session will include making Pulao Rice, a curry (either chicken or chickpea), a smoked cumin raita (a dish with salad vegetables and yogurt), and a vegetable side dish. The class is interactive, encouraging guests to actively participate in the cooking process. At the end, everyone will enjoy the meal they have prepared. Recipe sheets and ingredients will be provided.
