Joyous of Joy. - ., My Son And I had wonderful time, It was one of the best experienced ever. We had lovely time enjoying the view with the beautiful weather, what more you could ask for.
Nervous at first but filled with joy after 🥰🥰🥰. We promise that we will go again some time and bring more families and friends with us.

Great fun ! - Loved the experience : came with 30 French high-school students (4 of which couldn't face the height...) but managed to let another few lucky ones to get on the ride a second time. Probably just missing a few comments or visual aids as to what we got to see outside.

Cable cabins IFS is a wonderful experience and not just a public transport 😁 - We were a group of 6ppl celebrating our friends 50th birthday. Mark - our IFS Ticket staff member greeted us with lovely smile and friendly attitude. He has definitely added to our day memorable moments.
We have been offered a glass floor cabin, which added a bit of fun and extreme to our experience.
The return tour took us 25min.
IFS CLOUDS situated in walkable distance from North Greenwich Underground, O2 Arena and Intercontinental Hotel.
I think some audio guide while inside of the cabin would be handy, especially so many tourists like us would appreciate some information followed by scenic views outside the cabin.
Overall nice and memorable experience.

First ride on the IFS Cloud Cable Car: windy but safe, scenic, and memorable. - I recently took a round trip on the IFS Cloud Cable Car, and it was a quick but memorable experience. The views of the surrounding area were really nice, especially seeing London from above—it gives you a different perspective.
Since it was my first time, it felt exciting and a bit nerve-wracking. The weather was quite windy, which made the cable car shake a little, and that definitely scared me at first. However, it’s clear that the cabins are very sturdy and designed to be safe, which helped me relax as the ride went on.
Overall, it’s something I’d recommend trying at least once. It might not be something you’d do over and over again, but for a first-time experience, it’s definitely worth it.

Great views - Amazing views over London on a lovely sunny day, the cable cars are great but “the experience” is a little flat. The VR was not available and the gift shop is fairly small. The staff in the cafe were lovely. It was very quiet when we visited so no real need to book or do fast track,

I didn't like it - I honestly thought it would be more interesting. First they put more people inside our cable car and when we questioned said that to go alone we would have to pay more after the first part of the view is only business areas so nothing beautiful. It was a disappointment. Too expensive for what you have

Avoid avoid avoid - My girlfriend and I had the misfortune of thinking this would be a fun and worthwhile experience when we visited the O2 towards the end of March 2026.
The queue was 40 minutes long and so we opted to pay £25 per person to go fast track and get immediate access to the round trip from the O2 to London Docks.
The trip was around 15 minutes in total and was incredibly underwhelming. The sites include the garish Canary Wharf buildings, abandoned wasteland and pipes, the odd industrial container and plenty of murky brown water.
If you squint you can see the silhouettes of various landmarks but the positioning of the cable car is so terrible that it is barely worth mentioning. I cannot fathom how anyone could have decided this location was appropriate for such a piece of infrastructure given the awful and quite unsightly views it offers.
Not worth the time or money whatsoever unless you have a serious interest and fascination with wastelands and polluted water.

Time your trip carefully... - I wish I could say I had a good experience but sadly I didn't. An issue on the underground meant I had ro take alternate transport to the cable car. Sadly this was quite slow in comparison and couldn't get me there in time. I tried to call or speak to a human at the cable cars but no answer to the phone and no way to transfer the booking to the next day. So whilst I'm sure it's great, the company have little in the way of customer support...
