Bucky blue eyes is amazing! - From the moment we walked through the door, the experience was incredible. It was completely immersive from start to finish, and the staff were absolutely fantastic, capturing the energy and feel of the original game show perfectly. We were smiling the whole way through and would highly recommend it!

Nostalgia & Laughter! Dusty Moonboots is a star ⭐ - We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Crystal Maze Experience in Manchester! From start to finish, the whole experience was brilliantly organised, immersive, and so much fun. As an '80s child who grew up watching The Crystal Maze, this was pure nostalgia from the moment we walked through the doors. Seeing the iconic zones brought to life and getting the chance to experience it for ourselves was everything we'd hoped it would be. A huge shout-out to our Maze Master, Dusty Moonboots, who completely made the experience. He was incredibly high-energy, quick-witted, and had us laughing throughout. His enthusiasm was infectious, and he kept everyone engaged from beginning to end. He struck the perfect balance between encouraging us, keeping the pace up, and adding plenty of humour along the way. The sets are seriously impressive and really make you feel like you've stepped onto the TV show. The Aztec Zone was particularly stunning, with so much attention to detail that it genuinely transported you into another world. The challenges were varied and meant everyone in our group had a chance to shine, whether using physical skills, mental agility, or teamwork. Before we knew it, the hour had flown by, it went far too quickly! The Crystal Dome finale was the perfect way to end an unforgettable experience. We'd highly recommend The Crystal Maze Manchester to anyone looking for a unique, fun-filled activity with friends, family, or colleagues. Whether you're reliving childhood memories or experiencing it for the first time, it's an experience that's guaranteed to leave you smiling. We can't wait to come back and do it all over again!

Excellent and great fun - We played as a family of 4, 2 adults a 15 year old and 11 year old. From the moment we stepped in through the doors we were made to feel so welcome. The induction was informative and really set the mood of what was ahead. Then we met Sergeant Small, who accompanied us around the course. He was absolutely brilliant, made things very funny as long as your happy to be at receiving end of the humour which made the experience more memorable. Fabulous set up just like the real thing and would highly recommend. Some lovely photos received as a momento of a very enjoyable activity. Thank you

Amazing experience - We visited The Crystal Maze as a family of four to celebrate a birthday, and it was honestly one of the best family experiences we’ve had! The games were so much fun, with something for everyone, and the whole experience was exciting from start to finish. A huge shoutout to our Maze Master, Selfie Steve, he was absolutely brilliant! His energy, enthusiasm, and sense of humour made the experience what it was. He kept us laughing, encouraged us throughout, and really got everyone involved, making it feel so immersive and special. He went above and beyond to make the birthday celebration memorable, and we couldn’t have asked for a better guide. We’d highly recommend The Crystal Maze to anyone looking for a fun family day out, and if you’re lucky enough to get Selfie Steve, you’re in for an amazing time!

Husband’s birthday - We had a fantastic time from my husband’s birthday, all the staff we interacted with were friendly and very helpful. And our guide Sunny Shores was fantastic and gave us small clues when we got a little stuck. I just wish there was more air con as we attended in a heatwave. But we still had a fantastic time and would definitely go back. ☺️

Sunny Shores Experience! - We went here for a friends birthday as a group and we all had such a fantastic time! Sunny Shores was the best guide and gave us a really fun experience! The rest of the team was so friendly and fun too! Absolutely 10/10 experience and would encourage anyone to go!

Fun and authentic - 10 work colleagues did the Crystal Maze experience in 2 teams. We couldn't believe how authentic and well done the interior was. Our host, Billy, made absolutely sure we all had the best possible time. The whole team went above and beyond to look after us, and we all had a fabulous time. It really felt like being on the show, except instead of competing for money, we were playing for the best prize of all!

Overall great experience - Wow what an amazing experience! We booked three different activities (crystal maze, Chaos karts and Pac Man live.) As a family of 5 with 3 older teenagers, it’s hard to find something everyone will enjoy. Crystal maze was the one the teens was least looking forward too. Mainly because it’s not something they have watched before, however that soon changed after we got inside. From the second we got into the building all the staff was super friendly (one member of staff stood out, I’m sure she said her name was Aliyah) she was friendly, chatty and really had a laugh with us. If only the other activities we visited had more staff like her! She had us all walking out smiling a real credit to the team. Then I can’t write this review without giving a special thank you to our leader Bucky blue eyes (even though his eyes are brown) he was fantastic!! Fully got the boys involved which isn’t easy! and had us running around laughing the full time. Another credit to the team! We had an amazing day, and our favourite activity by far was Crystal maze and that is down to the amazing staff who work there :)
