Great fun! - We visited with 5 10 year old boys for my son’s birthday. We had an amazing time! The activity is only 30minutes,but that feels like enough as it’s very active and tiring. The boys had a fab time!

Great fun 🤩 - Absolutely great activity to do with or without kids. So much fun. The live compere made it feel so real! Extremely tiring though!!

Excellent fun - Absolutely fabulous experience. Be prepared to run around lot. Absolutely great fun for the kids and adults. We played as our family of 4 and another team played the same arena but a different section to ours. The floor and wall graphics are amazing. Our gamesmaster got us all really into it shouting encouragement along the way telling us when we were doing great and cheering us on. Bring a water bottle you'll need it. Brilliant experience

Great fun - Excellent. Went as a family with an 8 year old and had a fab time. Great for families and something completely different.

A great experience and would recommend for all age ranges. - I went for a birthday do and it was a really great time. There are various mini games and the map will change as you play through each part. I will say that it does get quite hot in the room with all the running around, so I would dress accordingly and ensure you have a drink and some electrolytes for afterwards. The commentator who sits in the middle of the map was very funny and gave a good bit of banter.

A highly recommended experience for the whole family - It was a wonderful experience! We had a lot of fun and also my kids played what they like working out. Highly recommended

Wish I’d worn shorts! - Brilliant concept and so much fun. I do wish I’d worn shorts as I was sweating in jeans, wasn’t expecting it to be quite so exhausting - I probably shouldn’t have tried to be so competitive against a bunch of 11 year olds! It felt like good value for money and we might return with a group as I think it would be more fun if you all knew each other, but being put into a random group was also fine. Bit confused about the review that criticises the backpacks, hardly noticed I was wearing mine.

Brilliant fun - What a great activity! Suitable for kids and adults- although the children run rings around you so don’t bother trying to compete. It was great fun! You can walk it if you want but you can’t help running and by the end I was dripping in sweat! Great laugh, we will do it again. Staff are great too, very entertaining.

Good but be warned for group of 7 - The Pac-Man live games is good you play in two group of 8 But we warned if you go as a 7 and the session is full you group will be split as you a the biggest group so you will not be able to play with your friends and family just strangers who get to be together as they are smaller group so we didn’t get to play with our teenagers 😞

Pac-Man Live Experience Review – Great Concept, Poor Execution - The format of the game itself was undeniably clever—a live-action take on the iconic Pac-Man concept brought to life in a vibrant, interactive setting. Unfortunately, the promise of retro-fun quickly dissolved due to a major flaw in the game vest design. The shoulder-mounted sensors were held in place by exposed metal screws that rubbed directly against the skin, causing discomfort and in some cases, actual cuts. A basic level of user comfort and safety should never be overlooked, and here, it was. Worse still was the response from the staff. The host, decked out in a bright yellow suit, seemed entirely uninterested in acknowledging the issue, brushing off concerns rather than helping resolve them. Management was similarly dismissive—while the manager did offer an apology, it lacked any real sincerity and was paired with the justification that “it’s just how it’s designed.” A potentially thrilling concept was undercut by poor attention to detail and even poorer handling of customer concerns. It’s a shame to see such creative potential squandered due to negligence in both product design and guest relations
