• Nikoladze Family Winery Shop - This experience offers more than just a wine tasting—it’s a guided tour conducted by the winemaker himself. Participants will gain firsthand knowledge of the rich traditions of Georgian winemaking, from ancient methods to contemporary practices.

During the tasting, attendees will meet the winemaker in person, who will explain the unique process of traditional Georgian wine production. They will learn the key differences between natural wines and factory-produced ones, explore the steps involved in crafting wine, and discover local customs and rituals associated with wine drinking.

Participants will sample four distinct wines and two types of traditional Georgian vodka (Chacha), providing a comprehensive experience of local flavors and craftsmanship.

We cordially invite you to enjoy a wine tasting at our Family Winery’s shop. Although our estate is located in the serene countryside near Kutaisi, we have brought the essence of our vineyard to the city for those unable to visit us in person. Each bottle, crafted in traditional qvevri (large clay vessels buried underground), embodies the spirit of our land, heritage, and profound connection to nature. Our grapes are organically grown, handpicked, and transformed into wine with minimal intervention, allowing the purity of the fruit and earth to shine through. During the experience, guests will taste four types of wines and Chacha, a local vodka. Simple snacks are also provided. Come share a moment, a story, and a glass with us.
