Shamakhi city, the ancient capital of the medieval Shirvan state, is a hub of Azerbaijani poetry and viticulture. Here, guests will tour the Juma Mosque, a magnificent architectural marvel built with ancient antiseismic technology. Visiting the first Muslim temple in the Caucasus, constructed in 743, offers insights into the history of Islam in Azerbaijan and the mosque itself. The journey continues along the scenic Mugan mountain Pass, leading to Ismayilli in northwest Azerbaijan.

Lunch is served in the enchanting Ismayilli forest. A delightful break in a cozy forest restaurant adds a delicious touch to the Baku–Gabala journey. Surrounded by trees, birdsong, and fresh mountain air, guests savor a three-course meal made from locally sourced, organic ingredients. • Tufandag Mountain Resort - 15:30
  Gabala, the capital of the Gabala district, was once the capital of Caucasian Albania and is now renowned as a ski resort. Tourists are welcomed at the region’s most famous hotel, “Tufandag.” Here, ski trails and cable cars offer breathtaking views of the mountains and the city’s central area. The peak of the Sleeping Beauty Mountain (Yatmysh Gezel), at an altitude of about two thousand meters above sea level, marks the highest point of this thrilling attraction.
• Qabala - 17:00

Azerbaijan Travel International extends the experience beyond a cable car ride in Gabala. The next stop is a tea party at the House of Sweets, where guests enjoy tea with a variety of desserts, included in the tour price.

• Nohur Gol - 17:30
