- Geiranger - Discover the history of the first hotel in Geiranger village. Built in 1891 in wood, inspired by the dragon or Swiss style. Julie and Karl Mjelva purchased Hotel Union Geiranger in 1899. The enterprising family also established a car factory, a power plant, and a cooker factory in the area. Hotel Union has been expanded and renovated several times.
- Flydalsjuvet - The next stop, 867 meters above sea level, offers an incredible view and the chair of Norwegian Queen Sonja. Enjoy some local treats.
- Hotel The View - Learn about the hotel for royalty in Geiranger village. Hotel Utsikten is beautifully located on a mountain slope overlooking Geiranger, with spectacular views of the fjord and mountains. Villa Utsikten was built in 1893, and the hotel underwent extensive renovations in 2004.
- Geiranger Church - Geiranger Church is an octagonal church built in 1450 from timber, seating 120. It was not a pure stave church, as the extended chancel and armory were in round timber. The church was demolished in 1742, and a new cruciform church was constructed in 1744. It was set on fire in 1841 and burned down. The current church is the third known to have been built on the same site.
