Chamonix and Mont Blanc - We had a wonderful experience. Chris was an informative, friendly and experienced guide so everything went smoothly. We did the gondola to the peak of Mont Blanc and the mountain train to the ice cave. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate at the top but we got beautiful pictures half way up. It was quite cold at the top so be prepared even in July. We had time to also have a drink and eat in charming Chamonix. It was a great day.

Top of the world - Pictures can’t describe the beauty. It was educational & wondrous at the same time. If you go to the caves be ready for a workout down & up the 170 stairs. It’s worth the climb

Amazing views and great tour - Chamonix was such a cute mountain village. The views within the village were amazing, but the views from the mountain and glacier were even better. The cable car was packed, but we felt safe the whole ride up. Weather can affect whether or not the cable car will be running, but still worth the trip. The glacier train was quick and fun. The ice cave was cool, but again the views were unmatched. Swiss Tours handled all of the bookings and purchasing tickets. The tour was semi-self paced with a guide, but we never felt rushed.

Must do & Tips for trip ! - The views were breathtaking can’t capture how beautiful it is on camera. MUST SEE !!! My boyfriend and I did the day trip from Geneva and chose to only do the train and not the Mont Blanc. We had plenty of time in the morning to get breakfast and walk around and shop. Then after lunch we did the train which was amazing. Have a sweatshirt on hand and bring some pants especially if you’re doing Mont Blanc mountain. The mornings there are chilly and we both bought sweatshirts upon arrival at the gift shop. We ate at rose du Pont ask to sit upstairs on the outside balcony. Also order breakfast before 11AM or you will get the afternoon menu. Also had a delicious crepe at the shop next to the mountain train station. Would reccomend as a must do when visiting !

Excellent day trip - A perfectly efficient way to see some wonderful attractions. Antoine did a great job of giving enough information without overwhelming you. A very personable and charismatic guide. Highly recommend if you’re wanting to check out the must-see spots while on a tight schedule!

Ok tour - The tour was fine, but was basically a bus ride with tickets to the two popular attractions in Chamonix.

Lack of communication!! - We did a non guided tour with key tours to Chamonix. We had the intention to use them as a bus service from Geneva and back in the afternoon. When I bought the tour, it was advertised as leaving for Chamonix and doing it on our own and having the option to take their 2:30 or 5:30 bus back. In the morning we made it to the meeting point with time to spare and I walked into their office. The woman in there didn’t say much other than to go to the buses nearby where another woman was checking people in. Ok, no problem. The girl checked us in and told us to get on the bus. Trip to Chamonix was comfortable and nice. When getting off the bus I attempted to ask the driver some questions about the meeting point and times they were going back. Didn’t want to get stuck in Chamonix when my family was staying in Geneva. The driver didn’t seem too helpful and just said in the afternoon. We find the 2:30 bus back and talked to a different and very nice bus driver. Language barrier but I can’t blame him for that since I’m the tourist. He looked at my reservation on the phone and made a call back to their office. He reported back to me that we were slotted in for that bus even though there was a 5:30. He said the other buses were full in the evening. We wanted to see Chamonix more and couldn’t. I guess my problem was that there was no communication. No body to say , bus will meet you here and you have/can come back at this time or that time. We left a lot of time in Chamonix that we would of loved to have back. At least the second bus driver was good and helpful.

Be careful when you book with them! - This company received a double booking for us and will not refund the second booking. Careful when you deal with them. I told them when we were there, they said send an email. I did and they denied all.
